Great features but lacking in one area

I bought the TV about a month ago and the picture is clear the sound is great The options are great. The only two things that I do not like about the TV is that you can't download any apps for example I wanted to download the Spectrum TV app but I can't. And I bought the TV out of the box at Walmart and there was no remote control so I had to get a replacement on Amazon. It's probably not the same experience without it but my biggest thing is the downloading of apps.

Love It

I own a vizio that's located in the living room. I took a chance and purchased a Samsung 55” 3 years ago. While watching tv the Samsung blew out for more reason. That's when I decided to go back to the one I know and love. Vizio. With my vizio, I can air drop, have alexi turn it on and many more. The only down fall with vizio is the volume is horrible. But if you purchase a sound bar you can have it turn on when you turn on your tv. That's make it a whole lot better. FYI for the sound bar when you go in your menu program all you have to do is select sound bar turn it on. When you use the control for your tv it turns o. The sound bar also. Love it.

Good TV, but some issues.

I like the tv I purchased and enjoy all of the apps. I also like that the continual upgrades. I just don't like on the WatchFree/Pluto TV it cuts in and out of won't play which may not even have to do with Vizio specifically. The TV does have issues not turning on and off at time even with replacing the batteries in the remote, unplugging and plugging back up on the surge protector which is very frustrating. It is still fairly new. Accessing SmartCast requires troubleshooting at times as well.

Great Picture

The TV has a great picture quality. The reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of it's inability to add channelsm which is a major flaw. After I purchased and had set up, only then did I find out the you cannot add channels to it, you have to cast from a phone or tablet because Vizio decided that the only channels you should access are the ones they feel should be used. I had to go ahead an attach a streaming stick to get my other channels because the casting is hit or miss.

Wonder features and apps

We purchased this tv when our Samsung 55" suddenly went on the blink only one month after its year warranty. We had planned to go small, like a 50," but the 58" was the same price as the 50" so it was a no-brainer! We are so happy with the quality, size and the price.

Best tv and features for the size

My 2nd VIZIO and I am always happy with the quality for the price I pay. I wanted to go bigger and better but I have a small living room and this was the best I found. Most other tvs this size are 60 hz. I watch a lot of sports and this tv does the trick. I don't know if this tv is truly 120hz. The description said so. Id like to see it on the box though in big bold type. TRUE 120 HZ. Great tv and the gaming engine works well too. Blacks are dark, contrast is good, and I can watch it in a sunlight room with the blinds open. And 3 hdmi's. And I don't think the factory speakers are bad either. Worth every penny.

Great picture, good sound, great features for apps

I Bought this back in March 2020, compared to a lot of other similar sizes and brands. I am very pleased with this 65” Vizio V-Series smart TV. Great price for the features and quality. I would definitely recommend one of these in your bedroom or living area. I have mine in my bedroom and it's perfect. Also I would recommend a sound bar for better sound quality for larger surrounding areas.

Software issues galore!

We bought three of these for various locations. At first, they seemed like such a great deal... but they're designed to keep updating their software. Almost EVERY update has produced different issues. Almost every one has been less stable than the last one. Vizio seems to keep making quick fixes to issues instead of actually FIXING the problems. Sound gets fuzzy and distorted, sound fixed but close captioning keeps bombing out, captioning works (kind of...) but entire TV locks up, etc... No matter what the current issue, it'll be consistent across all three TV's. It happens SO much that I've had to install separate power switches so we can reboot them easier. BUT... They were priced nicely. Next time, I spend more and buy another brand. Vizio has gone downhill since the earlier days.

Beautiful picture. Great features. one flaw

This TV was bought for my mother-in-law's space. It seemed great after initial setup, but when she tried to turn it on the next morning, there was no sound. The TV reported "no audio signal." I checked all the connections and eventually unplugged the TV and restarted, and the sound was back. Unfortunately, this was a chronic problem. Some research online confirmed that I wasn't the only person with this problem. Some people who shared their solutions seemed okay with unplugging each time they wanted to watch TV. Others tried other solutions. For convenience's sake, and because it wasn't for me, rather my mother in law, we returned the product to the place of purchase and bought another brand. If it had been for me, I may have experimented a little longer to try to find a solution. I have another Vizio TV, and have not had similar problems.

Great Bang for the Buck!

I am a hard grader and the only reason this is not 5/5 is because we have no hours on it thus far. I bought this for the wife's gym area. Easy set-up and ready to rock in no time and feature rich. Money well spent in my book and she is going to love it!
