Great picture and great value. If you have a descent WIFI it's amazing all the free channels available. TV was a breeze to setup even for the non technical. Just the right size for the Bedroom when your eye sight is fading. Of all the research this was a very good value . It also had a better warranty.

Meh, Not that Great

Not that impressed. The picture is ok. Sometimes there are odd color variations in the corner. Sound is not that impressive. I also have a lot of issues with my Firestick with this tv. The sound rarely works and I didn't have that issue with my previous Vizio TV. The price was decent but I guess that's why it doesn't wow me in the least.

Good tv but poor sound

Great price, quality image, simple & intuitive smart controls, lots of apps... The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the sound is really mediocre! It sounds tinny and cheap, definitely low quality. This can be fixed with a sound bar, but unfortunately I wasn't planning on having to buy one of those when we purchased this.

Good Value!

So far so good. This replaces a 2009 32" Vizio that's still going strong. There are other brands similarly priced but we decided to stick with the Vizio brand given it's been so reliable. The bigger screen is so much nicer! This 50" V-Series seems to be a good value for the size and price to meet our needs.

Bad remote sensor

This TV is not working at all, 1st I opened it. Set up and put it on the table. Turn on and found out the remote control is not working. So it's easy, this is my 3rd Vizio TV. I go get my other remote from other TV and try it, not working, so I tested new remote on my old TV, it's working. I called the service number provided on the manual. They asked me to do the series of things to do. Long story short, finally find out TV remote sensor is bad. They said, they will come and fixed it. I been waiting for 3 weeks now, I called and texted to the technician they assigned to me. She is very responsive. She said she order the part not received yet. Once it received, she will come and install it.

Sorry I brought it.

It has a good picture easily to use. But I only had the tv about a week and when it came back from a adv. it would come back black with voice. Then it started comming back with no voice and black On regulator tv I had no trouble. I got in touch with a expert and he told me to turn off the tv and unplug it and it started to work fine again. It still happens but I know what to do now

A Very Good Basic TV for the Price and Size

Needed a TV to replace one that died but didn't need a huge or expense or newfangled TV. Just something basic in the 50-55" range. Found the Vizio at a great price and found the reviews to be good. The TV does it job and was easy to set up and get working. I use Hulu through a Firestick and was able to ditch the Firestick and use the built in Hulu. No issues getting logged in. The picture is very good. I don't game or watch serious action movies with all the overdone graphics in them. Only issue I have had in the first few weeks is that the TV for some reason loses the Internet connection and won't start. I can't reach it from the Internet via the app so I found I had to unplug it for 15 to 30 seconds and it will reconnect and it will turn on. The only real issue is the sound is the that great but adequate. Still not major. At the price I didn't expect movie quality sound. Over all no complaints and served my needs very well.

Disappointing sound quality and return experience

The audio on this tv was terrible. Voices sounded muffled and were drowned out by any background music. We returned the tv to the store. They issued a refund, but did not have a replacement in stock, nor could they get us a replacement for the same cost.

We are very pleased with this tv! Totally recommend it. Arrived quickly and was not damaged. We stream YouTube tv and it has a LOT of streaming features on it besides the one we need. Some I have never heard of before. This is our first smart tv and we are very pleased. Before we had 3 remotes and now with this tv, we are back to one remote and I love that! Clear picture and sound.
