Great picture and great value. If you have a descent WIFI it's amazing all the free channels available. TV was a breeze to setup even for the non technical. Just the right size for the Bedroom when your eye sight is fading. Of all the research this was a very good value . It also had a better warranty.

I may return and try again.

I would like to be able to add Spotify to the home screen and I am unable to it is preset and isn't capable of modification to user preference. The screen is dark no matter how I've changed the setting. The sound is extremely quiet when listening to voices but is blaring when music starts to play. Again, I changed the setting to find my preference but it made little difference and the issue remained. I may return it and try again.

Great news is Vizio support

Great news is Vizio support...I just didn't expect to have to call them. Purchased for my elderly mothers living room. The TV has a very nice picture for regular TV viewing (can't speak to gaming) and is offered at a super price. Mom has DISH, and the only thing we had to do was go to TV setup and program her DISH remote because, oddly, all worked except the volume control. This is a DISH remote issue, not the TV. However, about a week later the audio went off completely! She called DISH, and their diagnostics said it was the television this time and to call Vizio. Mom isn't good with online tech support, so she only had closed caption for a couple days until I could visit and assist. I called Vizio and they said it was a “rare” problem but they had a fix...took less than 5 minutes total. All we did was completely unplug the power cord, press and hold the power button on back of TV for 5 seconds to reset, and plug back in. Voila! Has worked beautifully in 2 weeks since, but I was unsettled and nervous about having such as issue with a brand new television. Interestingly, my husband said we had the same exact issue on a new Vizio about 3 years prior which I didn't know about. One iota of problem and I'm taking this baby back for refund within 12 mo period...but I hope it doesn't come to that. Because of Vizio's excellent and responsive tech support, I'm holding fast. We own 4 other Vizio models that have performed beautifully.

Bad remote sensor

This TV is not working at all, 1st I opened it. Set up and put it on the table. Turn on and found out the remote control is not working. So it's easy, this is my 3rd Vizio TV. I go get my other remote from other TV and try it, not working, so I tested new remote on my old TV, it's working. I called the service number provided on the manual. They asked me to do the series of things to do. Long story short, finally find out TV remote sensor is bad. They said, they will come and fixed it. I been waiting for 3 weeks now, I called and texted to the technician they assigned to me. She is very responsive. She said she order the part not received yet. Once it received, she will come and install it.

Had problem, got resolved and love the replacement

I had 1 shipped to my house. It had a couple of issues with the screen itself. There were white pixels outside the screen border and a black test screen was very blotchy. I contacted Sam's Club, and received a replacement quickly. Overall the new one is a great picture for the cost.

Meh, Not that Great

Not that impressed. The picture is ok. Sometimes there are odd color variations in the corner. Sound is not that impressive. I also have a lot of issues with my Firestick with this tv. The sound rarely works and I didn't have that issue with my previous Vizio TV. The price was decent but I guess that's why it doesn't wow me in the least.

Terrible audio

I will start with saying that I was so excited to finally purchase my first Vizio smart tv. I heard so many great things about the picture being so clear. Well the setup was easy and the picture is great but the sound is terrible. It has a muffled sound. I purchased a 50 inch tv but the sound doesn't fit with the size. It sounds like a cracker box. Vizio has got to do better with the sound of their TVs.

Good tv but poor sound

Great price, quality image, simple & intuitive smart controls, lots of apps... The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the sound is really mediocre! It sounds tinny and cheap, definitely low quality. This can be fixed with a sound bar, but unfortunately I wasn't planning on having to buy one of those when we purchased this.
