After one day screen would not come on

I thought the tv looked great and was happy, then went to watch tv the next day and it would say vizio on the screen then go black. I looked it up and seemed like a common problem with vizio and to unplug it and reset when it happens. I decided to return it instead. Was concerned if it has issues after one day Better not chance it long term.

Great picture quality but software needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this tv for about 2 years and I love the picture quality for the price. I'm not in love with the software though. I consistently have to reboot to get it to work properly and the chrome cast generally doesn't work very well. Also the included apps are pretty expansive but you can't add or remove them which is kind of annoying.

Horrible purchase

I have had nonstop issues with the sound for over 8 months. I have talked to customer service at least 15 times and all they would ever say is that I need to wait for an update that they have been working on for 6 months I have been told. They would never give me a straight answer on why this is happening or what I should do. I have spoken to a supervisor twice and mentioned that no replacement would fix this issue. I have asked for my money back after 4 months of waiting and nobody would do anything for me. The 'update' that they were working on finally came 6 months later. I bought this in December and it is now December. I am still having the same issues and they do nothing for me. What a waste of a TV purchase. It is nothing but headaches.

Great size and cost.

I bought this a month ago and am very pleased with it! The picture quality and apps are sweet. Some downsides have been that you cannot add apps. But that is easily fixed by streaming it on your phone. I did have some network errors but the tech guys helped out.

Great Apps and Features

Just a great product that is durable and has great features. We love our 70 inch Vizio smart TV. The apps are great, very easy to manage and linking our iphones directly to the TV makes it so easy to see the apps and videos on the big screen. Highly recommend this TV to anyone that wants a great deal. Price was so awesome also!!!!

Ok

Great picture setup was rather easy.Speaker's are cheap are so distorted if you like a good sound this tv isn't the one for. I been a VIZIO customer for the last 20 years. just went out and bought 46 inch Toshiba for my office guess you need to buy a sound bar t o go with Vizio tvs now..

Great as usual

We purchased this particular tv about 3 weeks or so ago and it's great as usual. We have 3 tv's in the house and they all are Vizio. We love the brand. The features are amazing and the price is comparable if not better than the others. It's the only brand we even consider. I highly recommend it to everyone. So in conclusion if you need a tv then Vizio is the only way to go.

Great features and awesome

Great features and awesome TV, we love this TV purchase. We needed it for the room smart TV. Made a big difference in our viewing pleasure. Smartcast is super. The WatchFree feature is like a scrolling guide (not on demand) but what is currently streaming is a good feature. The apps are plentiful. Just a really great experience and purchase that exceeded our expectations for this pricepoint!

Now I can watch some big screen movies

Got the 65” set and I couldn't be more pleased with the picture and sound emanating from my new TV. The picture clarity, the colors and sound and the size of the screen allow me to watch some of my favorite movies on a large screen: Lawrence of Arabia, Barry Lyndon and now Wonder Woman 1984. And in the privacy of your own home.

Excellent picture quality

This tv has more than met my needs. Love all the free built-in channels and networks, the operating system is easy to navigate and it has the input and output jacks needed to attach all of my components. My only complaint is the shape of the remote is not well designed. The bottom is rounded so you can not push a button while it is sitting on a table as it will rock to the side instead and the very slim tapered size makes it hard to hold and push the buttons with one hand. Overall extremely pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
