Great tv n features

I bought this a month ago, to replacethe 65 in. E series we had until da to oldest grandkid decided to fight n knock it off da stand. I i figured i would replace it with da same brand n da fact that i have the 55v series vizio in my bedroom made it easy to go with the v65. Great tv by the way

Great TV for the price.

Have had it a few weeks now. It's a good TV. Apps n all....can't get spectrum TV or discovery+ can't download TV channels apps. So that's very disappointing...have to buy a roku. Which is more $ to spend. Colors aren't as vivid as I'd like them to be.

Hello Briana, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. It's great.

I am happy I bought the tv however I am unable to download hbo go onto the actual tv. I have to go through chrome cast. I love it overall. Just a hiccup I seen that made me a little irritated. But the quality and picture and everything else is great!

Vizio to Vizio

We had a 37" Vizio from 2010 and wanted a SmartTV, and a bigger one. Only looked at Vizios: our old one was in perfect condition, great picture and we have it on ALL THE TIME (I work at home). This new one is terrific; hope it lasts as long as the old one, which is still in use.

Upgrade to new TV was due

We've had a Vizio in our house for over 15 years and it hit its final leg, so what does one do? Buy a new Vizio!! It is a wonderful upgrade and the only issue We've had was remembering we don't have to walk up to it to turn it on. Vizio continues put out a great product!

Perfect picture

This Vizio was a gift from my dad and I can't write enough great things about this flat screen. The colors, the vividness, the many viewing options of SmartCast . I love it. But I also loved my previous flat screen which was also a Vizio, just smaller. Can't wait to watch College football this fall on this new one.

I purchased 3 different vizio TVs. All 3 had issues. First one a 32" was working fine then just recently couldn't control channels or volume by remote or by controls on TV. Next one, 50", I could only get Netflix to come up, as soon as I tried to connect Prime or chromcast I would get blank screen nothing would happen. 3rd one, 50", remote and tv controls will sometimes work. I used to love Vizio but learned my lesson. Sent 2 back and returning the last one this week.

I lIKE it!

I read the good reviews and I read the bad ones. The good far outweighed the bad. We went to look and liked it. Honestly, I don't know what TV the people who wrote bad review had, but it wasn't the V505. So easy to set up and we are in our 70's. It took longer to download the updates than it did to connect and complete the set up! Love the picture, love the sound, love the features. We LOVE this TV!

Did apple make this TV?

I've had this TV for a couple months now and I got to say that it's interface is amazing I love how Easy it is to cast or send media or contacted directly to the TV I love how fresh and clear it looks. I like that the interface is extremely easy to use. I have no problem asking my mom to do something Cast to the the TV and she is able to figure it out on her own without much instruction if any at all. Which, I think is huge with technology nowadays if you can get your parents to do some thing without any instruction then you have a good product on hand hands.

No way to update

I got this 2 weeks before the release of disney+ which I cannot watch on this device so I had go buy a separate device. Every few times I turn it on there is a glitch in the bottom right corner about an inch tall and a centimeter wide. It is slow to start up and smartcast takes forever to load and there is no way to update any apps with outdated info

Asirbella18, You can view Disney+ on some VIZIO SmartCast TVs by 'Casting' the content from the Disney+ app on a compatible device. You can also use the AirPlay feature of your VIZIO TV with an iOS device running iOS12.3 or later or a Mac device running 10.14.5 or later.
