We bought this as our own little welcome home gift to our new house and we are pleasantly surprised and happy with the purchase. This tv has great picture quality, good sound quality (we are still figuring out all of our settings but it has not disappointed yet, and i highly doubt that it can disappoint us!) The SmartTV capabilities are so easily accessible and so easy to maneuver and use. Typically we used a Playstation to do all of our streaming, now our TV does everything we need and the Playstation gets a break. We absolutely love this tv and cant wait to add more Vizio producs to our home

I needed a 40" tv or smaller for my computer desk and it's very hard to find that with HDR and 4k in that size but i found this one at a pretty good price too and the tv is great! super nice picture, the UI is pretty good too (not as good as roku tv ui, but close)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been my stepping stone in to the world of cord cutting. I've owned multiple Vizio TVs and the setup gets easier every time. I got it out of the box and plugged in a digital HD antenna, so I could get my local channels. The discovery process was smooth and found all the local channels I was expecting. I also easily got it connected to my Wi-Fi network. I used the built in apps to connect to all (5) of my streaming services. I'm impressed with the speed with which I can change between streaming apps - it seems a lot faster than doing the same thing through my cable box on the other TV. The picture is also fantastic. I was worried about it since the room has lots of windows, but even with tons of natural light the picture is bright and clear. The speakers are solid performers, too. The remote is simple and easy to use. The buttons for quick access to some of the streaming services is handy. Being able to use my smart home assistant to do things like mute the TV is a nice bonus. Overall a great TV!

This Vizio TV along with my phones hotspot made cutting cable easy. My phone has unlimited data so I can watch the built in watch free apps right away and with Chromecast I can cast content from my phone. The TV will pay for itself in less than a year, with the money I saved from not having a cable bill.

Vizio has packed a lot of TV into this unit for a very stellar price point. This is a pretty large screen - while not venturing into the huge category, this is surely a large enough screen for most rooms. The picture quality is lovely, and the connectivity is great. The processor handles everything it needs to quickly - this is the first Television that I will be choosing not to add a third party streaming device too, because the built in apps actually work very well. Airplay is a great feature for any iPhone user. I'll be adding a Vizio Dolby Atmos sound bar soon - I think Vizio really has the sweet spot dialed in for price vs performance. This didn't break the bank, and I feel like I've got a lot more TV than I paid for.

I bought this TV back in May 2020 but didn't get it til June 2020 because of the pandemic. When I received it, I quickly set it up and I'm happy I did. Picture and sound are great and new features like the voice control is convenient. The bigger size is also what I needed and enjoy. It looks great in my living room.

Everything about the tv is great, color and contrast is good for the price, better then expected. One problem is i can see the back lights in in scenes that are bright or made of a solid bright color which detract from the quality. ( side note* i was really hoping i could try out the m series so i mite make a review on that when ever i get it.)

I bought this television to replace a Visio lcd that I had for years. It's my first 4K. It's my first smart tv. I also bought a Samsung to stack on top for my computer (smart 4K as well). the programming on the Vizio is far superior. The remote for the Visio is smooth and more practical. I look forward to my next Vizio.

With my Logitech Hub, I hooked up my new Vizio 65" TV to my stereo, Apple TV, Direct TV, Blue Ray Player, and DVD player, just as I had my old Samsung TV hooked up to. The Vizio TV is a lot simpler and has many more features than my old Samsung TV, and it's picture quality is better, and you have more controls to configure the TV's picture as you like.

I've been buying Vizio TV's for over a decade now for their picture quality and durability. I recently bought this 40” 4K Smart TV for my 75+ year old mother and I'm thrilled how easy it is for her to use and understands how simple it is to switch from her old cable box to using all the new apps available built into the TV. She absolutely loves her new TV and I'm confident it will last just as long as her last Vizio TV (still works perfectly after 10 years of use)
