Great value for the money

This 55" 4k smart TV is pretty smart. It's got a lot of the major apps pre-loaded. I'm used to a smaller TV and the crispness of the images, but the dimming feature helped a little. I'm used to being able to talk into the remote to find what I want to watch and you can't do that with this remote. Speaking of the remote, depending on the app, it can be a little tricky when you have to remind what you're watching, depending on which app you're using.

User Friendly

This TV is completely user friendly and the software and programs are completely easy to use. The picture quality is amazing as well. This tv packs a lot of punch and features for an affordable price. Wish the sound/speakers were a little better off the box but it's manageable and will be remedied by a sound bar. Wish all cable/satellite services have their software and apps pre built into TVs now. Hope your listening Vizio and DirectTv. A complete one stop package with no more cable box but the tv is the box.

Somewhat Disappointed

My old TV stopped working the beginning of February and I had to wait a good while before I could get another one. I chose this Vizio because of the brand reputation. Although the size is great for me because of my eyes, the picture is not what I expected. It's not as clear as it should be and the colors aren't crisp. Unfortunately, I can't afford to get a different one, so I'll have to just deal with this one.

Great features!

I bought this a month ago and couldn't be happier. The Apple phone integration is amazing. Being able to switch between inputs on my phone and powering the tv on/off with my Apple TV controller (and phone) literally has placed me in no need of the tv's remote.

Easy to use and access internet programing

I enjoy the TV which was purchased for my master bedroom. Picture is great except for wide viewing angles, which the picture color seems a bit washed out. Still that is a minor issue and overall the picture is good. Also, I found that the TV seems to have no audio adjustments to enhance the sound. Other than those two items the TV preforms well and I consider it a great purchase and would purchase another Vizio TV as the need arises.

Lovin' this T.V.

I've had a Vizio before this one, and it was a smart tv. But, it was a few years old when I got it. I enjoyed that tv for about 3 years before it laid down on me. It had an awsome picture and wasn't even 4k. I had to have another one. The features on my new one have blown me away. The gaming features are why I picked this particular model, and they have not let me down. The online features are great. It allows me to move my fire stick to the bedroom and leave it there. I don't think there is a better way to go for me. Except bigger, lol. I am extremely happy with my purchase. This tv has more than exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making this product.

We don't fully understand everything

We're real happy with the TV, but 2 things prevented us from giving it a 5, and it might not be the TV's fault. #1, occasionally when its turned on, it shows "no connection". When this happens, we turn it off and back on then it works. It can't be DirecTV because no TV connection changed except the TV one. #2 problem is the TV cannot get in sync with the soundbar, which is also a Vizio, and we had no problems with the sync from our old TV which was also a Vizio. The sync setting is at its closest possible.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought that tv almost 4 years ago, and it never let me down i have move 4 times different states has been drop many times and is still working better than my samsung tv, my next tv will be a 70” smart tv

Great picture! Great sound quality! Great product!

I love the vibrant colors! Also great skin quality and web TV is awesome! 2 hdmi ports, using 1 for the cable and other for blue ray / DVD. Soundbar hooks into some other kind of mini port thing and smartcast lets you watch stuff from your mobile device.

Not what I hoped for.

I know several people who have this exact same television and have not had these problems. I have had so many problems with this unit. It constantly tells me that it can't find smartcast, it loses the internet connection a lot - right in the middle of watching it. The picture quality is sub par due to what I can only imagine is the connectivity issue.
