So far so good ...

The other reviews are awesome so I purchased it to test out. As the days go on I should be updating this verbiage to reflect the qualities and features. After just plugging it in and the smoothness I'm presented with, we're looking very promising ... Way to step up VIZIO!

Not what I expected.

I bought this tv 6 months ago. Picture quality is fair, but not spectacular. User interface software is poor, and the Smart softwear is very basic. Remote control is small and very limited. I purchased an external tv box to make up for the deficiency, and plan to buy a better remote control.

If you would like a more intuitive experience controlling your television we also have a SmartCast application in your mobile devices application store. This application will do everything your current remote does and help you discover what applications will help you watch your favorite shows and movies. We do also support voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. We would also like any feedback on what we can improve with the SmartCast interface. It's pretty good

It has great picture and sound. It also functions well so far but I've only had it for a couple of weeks. I'm used to my bigger roku tv in my living room so I'm used to having a home screen when I turn on my tv but it's not a big deal that this one doesn't have one. My only complaint is if I accidentally put it on smartcast it won't let me change it or do anything with the remote for a while and it's like it gets frozen. Overall am happy with purchase/price of this tv.

V Series 65"

11/29/2020-- Had the 65" V series flat screen for about a week. Works great and is certainly a major step up from a 42". Picture is clear and crisp and set-up was very intuitive and easy. THis is my second Vizio TV in 10 years, and was a smoking deal! Would definitely recommend!

Great Picture, Good TV

Overall the TV is good. The only exception is the CEC function. For most people this won't matter, but for me it would be nice if I could make it work properly with my soundbar. If the CEC function worked properly, everything would work with one remote. Other than the problem with the CEC, the TV is a good product. If not for the CEC problem, I would highly recommend this product.

Non functional

when I bought this TV I was truly excited thinking I got a great deal for a TV in the bedroom let me tell you I was sadly mistaken the TV did have a good picture but other then that it was no functional when it came to trying switch the source it was bad then when it did want to work it took 20 min to load Netflix and no it was not my internet It ran fine on all other devices

Amazing SmartTv

We recently purchased a 65' 4K Smart Tv from Vizio and it is amazing! The features are endless! it does things I didn't know a TV could do! The picture and sound quality is superb! I could not ask for more! We are Super Happy with our Purchase! I Highly recommend!!

Setup and Sound Issues

I had significant issues with the setup process. I had to get technicians from my cable company to help. After numerous attempts, with their assistance, it was the second day that all of the updates completed. Once the tv's opening screens appeared, I was able to find HDMI1, the picture was of good quality. The tv has so many options and is so complicated it's hard to maneuver through it. Each time after switching off the tv there was no sound when I cut the tv on again. I had to go through the reset sound settings (a real pain in the butt) before I had sound again. This occurred each time I turned off the tv. I eventually had to get my son to help with the settings. Your email was very timely. Hopefully, his help will resolve my issues.

So. Many. Glitches!!!

We've had this TV for about a year. I've had to reset to factory 3x, the first time was less than a month after initial set up. Either the smart cast doesn't work, or the screen is “snowy” or the sound is delayed… something always seems to be wrong with it!

I was completely happy with my TV until my smart cast stopped working. And I can't figure out to turn mirror imaging back on. Nothing I googled is helping either. Only thing I could do is factory reset, which is definitely annoying having to re enter all my app information again
