Easy to use and access internet programing

I enjoy the TV which was purchased for my master bedroom. Picture is great except for wide viewing angles, which the picture color seems a bit washed out. Still that is a minor issue and overall the picture is good. Also, I found that the TV seems to have no audio adjustments to enhance the sound. Other than those two items the TV preforms well and I consider it a great purchase and would purchase another Vizio TV as the need arises.

Typical Vizio Experience! Best Television Brand!!

The TV was an early Father's Day gift for the game room in our recently purchased home and I had the opportunity to buy much more expensive brands, but chose to add to add this 5th Vizio TV to our home...including one plasma TV over ten years old which still works as good as it did the day we purchased it.

Nice tv but few bugs

I've had it for about two months now and every once in a while I have to plug it out and plug it back in from the electrical socket because pressing the power button shows a blank screen. I've also had to factory reset it because the date said 1999 which didn't allow me to watch Hulu. Would rate it 5 stars if those issues didn't happen.

Better second time around

We bought a Vizio V405-G9 in November 2019 for our bedroom. We liked it so much that in April, 2020 when we wanted to replace the TV in my office the only TV we considered was another Vizio V405-G9. We like the features, the color is fantastic, setup was a snap, and the picture could not be better. My feeling is that getting a second TV of the same brand and model says a lot about how we feel about it.

Needs some features

I love the quality of the product but the features i.e. Apps needs some work. I paid for Disneyplus and it doesn't work with Vizio while other TV manufacturers has apps ready the next day of Premier. It would be nice is we didn't have to cast to TV from other devices for streaming services.

Hello Peter65, You can view Disney+ on some VIZIO SmartCast TVs by 'Casting' the content from the Disney+ app on a compatible device. You can also use the AirPlay feature of your VIZIO TV with an iOS device running iOS12.3 or later or a Mac device running 10.14.5 or later.

Great TV, remote sucks

The 65" TV is great. Has great picture and features. Like the ability of the Smart Cast. Would give it 5 stars if the remote range would work more than 5 feet from TV. It is a little annoying having to get off my couch, which is about 8 feet from TV, to turn the volume up, down or mute. Being the only remote in my life that this has ever happened to, even tried a universal remote, same problem. The only other knock would be the ability to add a few more apps to the TV, but that is minor.

Well worth the purchase

We originally bought the 65" and it was damaged right out of the box. This one works great and has so many extras. We've had Vizio tvs in the past and they have all been great which is why we chose to stay with this brand. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

It's alright.

I'm not the type of person to say bad things about a product, I love the tv but I bought this tv on September 16th 2020 and have been having issues with turning it on. I can try from the remote, won't turn on. I can press the button on the tv, won't turn on. I have to unplug the tv from the outlet and leave it about 30 seconds plug it back in and it finally works. But this happens a lot and it's becoming very frustrating. Now when trying to use the remote to go to apps it will not select. It will select on everything else but not the actually apps (like Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc). If those problems were resolved it would be a perfect tv for me. But it's not.

Adjust the settings!

I purchased this set after a 50” LG went out after seven years. got this one for a bargain and an upgrade at 65”. Initial set up was painless but time consuming. It took a good while to update and restart numerous times. I'm guessing that's to make sure all of the smart software was up-to-date. The resolution was definitely dull and unimpressive. After adjusting the settings to vivid among other things made for a much better experience. Speaker quality is not the greatest will play with other options.
