Bought this TV a couple weeks ago to replace a 6yr old Vizio 55". Old TV wasn't an UHD TV. Something happened to it that we wasn't able to control TV with the remote.Had to use the buttons on side to turn volume up and down. Also unable to mute or access the smart features. However the picture quality brought me back to Visio for the new one. This time we bought a 65"UHD smart TV. All the free channels are just amazing. Picture quality and colors are.brilliant. So happy. I did purchase an extended warranty just in case anything eternal happens again.

Truly is a great TV and as always with VIZIO the price was exceptional. The color, quality and applications that come with the TV are all great but there was 2 things that I have an issue with. The time and date were rather difficult to adjust and the sound is ridiculously low. Those looking to purchase this should probably get surround sound as well.

I bought this after having a older vizio for years with no issues and just wanted to upgrade. The sound quality is sad. For the price i expected at least decent sound. I've tried all the different setting but it looks like I will be dishing out more money on a sound bar. Wish I could see I loved this TV but it's just all right. I wouldn't buy it again.

Have been enjoying my Vizio tv for several weeks now. Great picture and sound. Easy to set up. This is the first streaming ready tv, so we found moving from Roku ... everything we watch is on the Vizio but there is no app for Roku, so continuing to use the Roku plug in if you use that service is needed.

Needs sound bar as the volume quality could be better. That's the reason for my 4/5 stars. Other than that, I love Vizio televisions, I have 3!

I bought this tv and first it said it was 55” on the boa when u put my serial number in it said my tv is 50” product tv so I'm really confused?? Then my tv is slow it shuts off apps take forever to load It won't load to my wifi and I called vizio 1000times and was supposed to have a technician come out twice and never did.

Picture is crisp and easy to change settings if you need to. I'll definitely buy another vizio for another room in the house.

Bought this TV due to pay purchases of Vizio products. I currently have 2 Vizio TVs in my home and love them both. The picture quality is amazing in 4k UHD and the sound from the Vizio 5.1 soundbar we bought is wonderful. I live that Pluto is the default free tv app and the ease of switching between apps. Great TV at a great price.

TV has a great picture. It offers Apple Play which is nice for seeing pictures or video's via iPad or iPhone. We really like the tv but the reason I gave it 4 stars is the settings are a bit confusing & still can't figure out the Closed Captioning.

I bought it about a couple months ago ! And being a long term user now , I couldn't imagine having a better tv ! I never have glitches , always the best updates ! My favorite part of the front screen where all my favorite app are right where I need them , and can organize to my like ! And definitely recommend it ! And resolution couldn't be any better especially with the hardcore gamers at home !
