Works great when it stays connected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the tv when it stays connected to my wifi. It often refusws to reconnectnleadingnme to reset my modem then power cycle my tv then factory reset my tv just to get it to reconncet to the wifi. This takes a considerable amount of time especially since i then have to resign into all streaming services for my family to use. If I had to choose again i would pick another tv model.

Great Picture

I love it but I do wish that I could load new apps onto the TV and no use chromecast. It's to time consuming doing it this way and I feel that my time is to important to do this every time I want the use an app that is no pre-loaded. I'm hoping for an upgrade that give those of us who prefer to use a smart TV like we've always used it. Please let me know if this ever happens. Thank you, Don

Christmas present to me and my wife

The new 50 inch Vizio replaced an old boat anchor tv. Old tv was still good but the new Vizio took over our living room! Set up was easier than we thought it would be. Still trying to figure out features as this is our first smart tv. Only downside for me is I want a hard copy instruction manual. I know you can look at the manual online and on the tv itself, but I'm old school! Very, very happy!!!

Beautiful picture and sound

Only problem is that as my husband can still hear and doesn't want the volume up loud, I listen thru headphones. Did that with my last Vizio with no problem, but with this model, there is a slight delay from the audio on the TV and the headphones. Wish there was a way to fix this.

Frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 warranty claims and I got a tv that works… most of the time. While it did finally process, it wasn't without awful headaches and weeks of waiting without a tv for approval and shipping. The installers mentioned these tvs are notorious for issues and is one of the tvs they have to pick up/install the most. The Vizio interface is frustrating. Picture is decent. Sound is not great— get a soundbar. Probably would not purchase a Vizio again.

t's unfortunate you had a negative experience. Delivery agents contracted for replacements may see a different scope, as they are only picking up TV's that had been setup for a warranty issue. I hate my Vizio TV

I hate my tv!!. it takes forever to come on it shuts it self off . it wont let me change to regular tv from net flix or any other site that i might be tired of watch . I was so happy when i bought this 50" tv for my room and then as im trying to turn it on all it did was make me mad . never again will i buy a vizio

Bad Quality

It would freeze up and the power button on remote or TV would not shut it off, had to unplug it and plug back in. Would shut it off and a few seconds later we would hear it back on. Picture was not very good.It was a gift to us,not something we would have gotten. Returned it and got something else.

I love how much I can do with this TV!

I love this TV! I gave up cable a while back, and I am now on antenna and broadcast. The tuner works great, and some of my local channels I cannot bring in have internet options that I can easily cast to the TV! That is my favorite feature so far. Plugging in my Roku and DVD were so simple, and it was easy to channel the TV's sound into my stereo receiver! Setup just took minutes. It was also so light, it was easy to mount it on the wall.

Great 40” tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 40 inch are a bit hard to find but it's the size I needed. Tv has all the functions you need except Bluetooth audio out. That would be very useful. Longevity is great, apps selection, color are all good

Great value, great picture!

This tv has really benefited my young children in a major way, they can now watch all their favorite shows as always but in a larger version and because they are 7 and 9, they have no money so Dad got to foot the bill! I now struggle to keep my eyes open after 9pm just so I can get a glimpse of something geared towards grownups on this beautiful television before I involuntarily fall asleep on the couch and wake up needing traction for my back. Best purchase I've made in my adult life!
