I bought this tv over a year ago and I love it. I love that different streaming apps are built into the tv. Very convenient and easy to use! My most favorite feature is the chrome cast! I can cast anything to the tv from my phone, iPad or laptop! It's been a big help with assisting my son with virtual learning.

I purchased this TV so excited, from day one the TV froze, kept shutting off, took 30 minutes to come back, I was able to return it to where I purchased in time to get a refund and purchase another brand. Also couldn't download Sling TV at all. I was surprised that a App TV couldn't download some of the most common apps. Also I was unaware that my phone would have to be the remote although the TV came with a remote control I had to use my cellphone.

Had problems with the picture zooming in and some times scrambling the picture. Was getting great close ups of someone's forehead but couldn't really watch the shows. Tech support folks had me do a few things to remedy the problem, but none worked. They said they would work the issue and called several days and said they thought they had a fix. Unfortunately that call was received after I returned the TV to the retailer.

Our second Visio HDTV. I like it this one but the aspect ratio is different and that through me off a bit. Run in picture in panoramic mode seems to work best. Smart apps are ok so far. My first Visio Smart TV has been locking up watching the Youtube app and the only way to fix it it is to restart the tv. Could be the service provider.

We bought our 1st Vizio in 2007 and still have it! Vizio is the best brand and value for tv's on the market. Our old one was producing too much heat so we decided to retire it to the back porch and grabbed the V-series 50”...and already love it! Picture is awesome, low heat, slim lines and design, you just can't beat it!

We had bought a 42" Vizio about 11 years ago (which still works!), so we trust the brand.. We just wanted a bigger t.v., so we went with the 55" which is perfect! The sound is great, we only use our speaker system if we want surround sound now. The colors are vivid and easy to adjust to your liking. I love being able to just hit a button for Netflix or Hulu.. only downside, still have to use Roku to watch DC Universe.. but that's not so bad!

It has great smart tv features and works seamlessly in our smart home. Very user friendly with a very self explanatory and user friendly interface. We love this tv!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the size was exactly i was looking for not 1 inch more and 1 inch less. No other brand offers 58". Then the picture is what matters, it may not have those flashy thin bezel things but the picture is on par with the expensive brands. Just there are some issues with the cec connectivity with other brand sound bars but otherwise it offers very good features for its price.

I do still love the brand so when it does go out I'll probably get another one, however I wish the customer service would be better when I called in for help with issues I have had.

The screen crashes to often, sometimes takes to long to launch the main screen when you turn it back on or just won't turn on right away ... I've had this tv for 2 weeks and I already had to unplug it twice because it won't turn back on ... overall to slow, great picture tho! But crashes too much... plus I haven't been able to access to Vudu I won't start it no matter how many time we try ...
