It looks so strange and mysterious at night when it is off and everything is dark in my living room. It irradiates an odd glow it looks and feels like if it has a life all its own it's spooky it will take some getting used to it but I am beginning to like it. Ralph "Lizard Prince"

Good TV for the $$

Very easy setup and it's very fast for streaming. We had to get used to Neflix moving so quickly as it always "spun" a few seconds on our older smart TV. The picture is ok. The sound is ok, but now that we have a soundbar there is no issue with that. If you don't want to break the bank, this is a great value.

Good TV

I've had several Vizio TVs in the past. This is good TV with the exception of the fact that the HDMI 1 port that normally has our TV provider plugged in, as also the AVR which is where the sound at has to be plugged into. So had to move provider hdmi to #2. Problem with that is when turn the TV on it always defaults to HDMI 1 so to watch TV I had to change input to HDMI2. Frustrating, wish the AVR was either hdmi2 or 3 so both would work automatically.

I would buy another

Some of the display settings are disabled in game mode. It's sometimes glitching. The power button doesn't work anymore, but overall the price for the features and size is very reasonable. If you don't mind rebooting the TV every now and then I would buy another

Hook ups and apps

Not enough hook ups for components,and far apart as well. No soundbar hook up and getting an app to download on it darn near impossible. I give it a 3 because it lacks rear feature hook ups epic fail. Other than that the pic and smart features are a joy.

Hello Bigl, thank you for your feedback today. This TV absolutely does have the ability for a sound bar connection. A sound bar can be connected to this TV using HDMI ARC, RCA composite, and an optical audio output. You will want to check your sound bar for the best compatible connection. This TV also uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. Beautiful Picture, Great Price

I have been a long time Vizio owner. I've had my Vizio television for 14 years and it still works perfectly. I wanted to go a little bigger so I purchased this model. I love it! The cost is affordable. It was easy to set up. The picture is beautiful. I love all the apps and the SmartCast option. When comparing to other brands, Vizio is definitely the best bang for your buck. I have 5 Vizio TV's in my house and I refuse to purchase any other brand because I've NEVER had problems with any of the televisions.

It's ok

The tv is ok. The quality of the picture is great but the sound quality is horrible. I really like the fact that I can screen share my iPhone but when I tried to set up my home I was very limited to what I could do and then I tried to set up Google assistance but that was also an epic fail. Also I think there should be an option to add and remove apps from the tv.

Best tv ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Visio 55 inch television from tryitsampling in exchange for my honest review. The tv is super easy assemble and set up. It was also very simple to connect. The picture is unbelievable.. it is very clear and looks real, like u are actually there. It was also very simple to set up my Alexa. I am very happy with this product. It I see the best tv I have ever owned.

Incredible quality for an incredible price!

I've had this TV for a couple of weeks, and I've definitely noticed a difference in upgrading from 1080p to 4K. The display is clear and colorful, aside from the settings for some inputs having to be manually changed to make the picture quality better. The built-in audio is amazing; I didn't even have to buy a sound bar or any external speakers. Siri and Alexa can't control the TV for some reason even though I've tried troubleshooting techniques. It's a little disappointing, as I was looking forward to that feature. There is also a wide selection of streaming apps built in. It would be better if you were able to download additional apps rather than having to stream from another device to the TV. Overall it was a great buy and I would highly recommend it.

#5 Vizio in my home

We had a 40 inch that got corrupted through the antenna connection (will you look into that?) with cell phone junk. I found the 60 hz. sets are easily screwed up. Well we watch alot of stuff through the internet so, staying home is more manageable. The next one will be a 70 inch P series to replace the i600 B3. The apps haven't updated, but that tv is also corrupted. (the closed captions and frequencies are the virus) I wanted to tell all that Vizio is a terriffic company but the tv companies need to develope a anti virus for hd tvs that run on antenna.
