Great Sound

I have had this for a while and i really like it. It is a little more complicated than I am used to but, it has a lot of nice features; I am unable to contact Tech Support by E-mail to send a copy of my purchase receipt and that is the only problem.

Good lasting TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv almost 2 years ago and it's still running like I had just gotten it. I was told Vizio lasts much longer than other TV's and so far from what I have seen the people are right! When something is wrong customer service fixes it easily. Vizio is great I highly recommend!:)

Very good

So far, I've thoroughly enjoyed the TV. The only caveat is that I also bought a Visio Atmos_compatible soundbar/speaker system. Everything worked well until a recent firmware update on the TV. Since then, it frequently drops the arc collection and leaves me without sound. It's no worse than just a nuisance, but I hoping this is fixed with the next update.

Great picture!

TV has a great picture. It offers Apple Play which is nice for seeing pictures or video's via iPad or iPhone. We really like the tv but the reason I gave it 4 stars is the settings are a bit confusing & still can't figure out the Closed Captioning.

Disappointed with the glitches

I bought this end of July 2020, & within the first two weeks I noticed the tv freezes up & will only show black screen. Since this as I blew it off as just unplug and reset. Now I'm not quite 6 months in and there are several issues seems with this model. Which is disappointing, because it is our fourth Vizio TV in 8 years and the only one to have noticable issues early on. Newest issue is when watching TV or movie in one of the apps, the tv will flicker between the show I'm watching and the smartcast app screen about every 30 seconds. The other frustrating issue is the freezing up of apps, antenna tv as your watching or selecting to watch. Constant notification that video playback unavailable or video not available check internet connection. Internet shows to be connected but still no video playback working. If on antenna channels display black screen with "audio program" displayed in middle of screen as you can hear the show but not see it. Lasty the center(enter) on the remote doesn't always work and unable to select or channel through. Overall very unhappy with the purchase. Also can't add or update any apps, missing HBO Max and Amazon Music as an option have to Roku to really enjoy wide range of apps.

Good picture quality, poor sound

The picture quality is very good, but the sound is very low. I have to turn it up to 100 to hear it at the volume I want. I have a sound bar and even connected to the sound bar, it usually isn't loud enough. I will probably just keep it and buy another better sound bar, but I wish I bought a different TV. I had a different Vizio TV before this one, and the sound was ok on that one so that's why I went with Vizio again.

Bad luck

I've had so many issues with this tv. Sometimes I can't turn it off with the control or manually. I have to unplug it. There is a delay in picture and sound when I turn it off. To make it worse it sometimes just turns on randomly. I have a smaller tv same brand and it works perfect so I'm upset that this bigger tv is giving me so many problems.

Great for the price!

Everything I needed in a tv and for the price you can't beat it! The only thing I would change is the sound does not get as loud as I would like ( I usually have it turned up more than half way of the volume control n a normal day and when it's movie night it has to be turned up to about 80/100.

Nice TV but software issues

I like the tv but Vizio has issues with the software. It locks up, it flickers from the main page to Netflix or Hulu. Sometimes the screen will just be black when power up and there is a delay in the volume. I have only had the TV for about 2 months. I have to reboot or unplug the tv every couple days to get it working correctly again.

Awesome TV crisp clear and love the features

This is a greaqt purchase and what quality for the money spent =VALUE! Loved Vizio ever since we started buying them. However the last one was not too new before spots started to show up in the shape of the big dipper. But wasn't enough to sway me away from Vizio. And we used that as an excuse to get a new one 8)
