Disappointed

I have had this TV for about six months. It fails to keep memory. I have to reregister devices connected via usb cables daily. I also have to resubmit some software information lost after shutting unit off overnight. I have reset to factory settings and started over four different times and its always the same thing. I would not recommend Vizio to anyone,when,just before I bought this TV I was very big on Vizio.

My 58 " Vizio

Great television lots of great features like Hulu and Netflix and Disney + picture quality a little behind my other Samsung curved t.v but for the price and what you get with the Vizio you can't beat it .the only app missing I wish it had was espn + .As far as everything else this t.v has it all including I heart radio station which is cool very happy I bought this t v .Jason

Very poor product and even worse support

Purchased in early February, the TV gave us problems from the beginning. It has to be re-booted at least once a day to make the features work. Arbitrarily stops allowing us to access our apps, screen goes blank, switches itself back to Smartcast (there's a joke) while we are watching on TiVo or Firestick. Support ran us through several options including setting the TV back to its original factory re-sets to no avail. Support takes 45 minutes to an hour to go through the processes every time requiring us to "go through the motions of checking our W-Fi, re-booting, try this, try that. We are waiting on a local repair person to come and verify the problems. It's a software issue. VIZIO will not replace or refund without independent verification. No service would be better than the current service. I suspect we will not get either a refund or a replacement.

better than expected

first new tv in 12 years, 2008. Amazing experience. Vizio free tv function is awesome. I have a composite audio/video system in the box from 12 years ago. I got this specific tv because of the composite inputs, along with being able to hook up my sony PS3 composite. Could not be happier with purchase after comparing models endlessly.

Satisfactory experience

I bought this TV about a month ago. The only complaint that I have is that the Disney app is not on the tv. I know you can chromecast it but it would be better if I could just click on the app from the tv and not have to open my phone to look for it.

Somewhat Nervous about my purchase

I ordered online. Open box I think. That part was so confusing because it would they had one at 1 price 1 location then say nope its here for a higher price...Anyways I've had it for 10 days. And at times I have to click the power several times to power on/off. Frustrating not know if its gonna cut on or not. I never used the smart tv apps - I have a fire stick with lots of apps I'm logged into. Been procrastinating the Smart TV due to heck I cant remember all those logins/passwords Gesh so today since I had time I thought I would confront my anxiety and login to my hulk's pureflix, Netflix etc... Well I hit Smart TV and nothing! Black screen I toggled between Hdmi's TV and FS. Then back to Smart TV nothing. Gesh I try to cut it off and of course that took 5 attempts. I ended up calling support which was quick and the guy was helpful. I reset the TV and that fixed it... But is this gonna happen again, will I continue have problems off/on remote???? Thinking I need to return for another one...

All around good.

I bought this to replace another brand smart TV. the other brand after about 2 months would not play hulu and would randomly increase the volume to maximum by itself. It started to have problems staying connected to the internet. I have always had good luck with Vizio products and so far it seems like this was the decision I should have made from the start. That's what I get for listening to my wife.

Overall a fine tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great, the sound is alright, the only real drawbacks are small, the limited buttons on the remote and the body of the TV which make it a little frustrating to navigate to the menu or settings, and the Home screen that is very busy with adds for content some of which is on apps I don't subscribe to. The Home screen is my biggest complaint.

awful, intrusive non-requested software upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this tv for many years. Last week they shoved a software upgrade to it that is so stupid it is beyond belief a company would do that. Operations that used to take two button pushes now take 8. Info is now missing. How this is considered an upgrade is beyond me. No opportunity to go back to the old version.

Fabulous features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV and I absolutely love it! Can't believe all of the free channels, movies and shows available for free, yes, free. Picture is crisp and easy to change settings if you need to. I'll definitely buy another vizio for another room in the house.
