VIZIO does it again

Another great TV from Vizio. We chose to purchase a Vizio because we wanted to upgrade to 4K and our current TV, which we have had for 9 years with no issues, is a Vizio and is still performing like a champ. This TV has a super clear picture and all the apps that we use were already installed. Super easy set up. Looking forward to many years with this TV.

Do you guys do QA?

Every Vizio TV I own (I have 5) works great. Except this one. Routinely refuses to turn on - either from the remote or the button on the back - requiring me to reset (unplug, push and hold power button for 5 seconds). Occasionally starts up, displays the Vizio logo and then... hangs there - also requiring a reset. I thought maybe I had an outlier but apparently not; when I google these behaviors it looks like a lot of people have experienced the same thing.

Full aray

Picture color contrast ratio can't be beat the amount free content this vizo v series offer can't be beat for the money by far my best investment purchase ever I recommend this tv for anyone that on budget but still want the smart capability that this tv offer. this is My first vizo purchase ever and will be buying more in the near future thank you vizo for this beautiful light easy to use tv.

Poor customer service and poor product!!!

I have had my tv since June of 2020 and my screen went out and no help from customer service. The customer service lady hung up on me. So unless you buy an extended warranty they will not stand be hind the product. I will never buy anything Sony ever again in fact anything Sony I'm am going to throw in the trash. If I can spend all the money to get a 60 inch tv and only have it for a little over a year why spend that money. I have an off brand tv and have had it for years

Poor Quality TV

I encountered a few issues with this TV. By the time I reached my limited, I was just outside the return date that Best Buy offered. I understand that Vizio has a one year warranty, so I am hoping they honor it in my case. So to get back to the problems I'll list them: 1.) remote at times is delayed. The volume button in particular. My wife will ask me to turn the volume up and after I do, it will literally take 20 seconds for it to register and it'll shoot up. 2.) While watching something the TV will show a colored digital fuzz or noise and go back to the home screen. There is no telling when this will happen, but you can imagine how annoying this is, if it happens in the middle of a show or movie. I also have a picture of this. 3.) The audio output doesn't sync with our audio system. I think the audio output connections are bad. 4.) There is no optical cable. This isn't the TV's fault and probably mine for buying it, but seriously still, why? This was a gift for my mother and father in-law and boy do I feel bad for buying them this TV. I should have paid more of anything else at this point and honestly I'll feel better if I can just get this TV returned for a full refund.

Easy to set up, great picture

Great picture but some of the picture controls like Contrast, Color, Tint, Contrast are greyed out under the "Picture" menu selections. No explanation as to why. I will have to call and ask - can't see anything in the manual that describes this condition.

Perfect

Initially, I just wanted to replace another Vizio that I mounted in my office before going into quarantine but THIS has done that and much more! I think I purchased my other TV four years ago and the number of included features have obviously quadrupled since then! I actually am considering canceling my cable due to all the built in add ins this tv provides at no additional costs! I'm so glad I decided to stick with what I know!! I will use Vizio for everything, for life❤️

Love the Quality and Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my tv a few years ago and it still works like it did right out of the box it has amazing graphics especially when I'm gaming and is such a long lasting brand my last TVs were all VIZO and my next ones will be too!

Awesome set..

we picked up this TV for our bedroom, it was just suppose to be a once in awhile use, but we added a Vizio sound bar and now its the go to TV. The apps pre installed help getting Amazon and others without a fire stick. It has good sound and pictures.

Apps and Smartcast

i've had my tv for a couple months now, it's my second one of its kind I broke the last. I gave it a 3 cause sometimes the screen glitches or the tv as a whole does. often have to reset or factory reset which is a bummer. otherwise I love it and it was a great value
