Great TV for the price.

I've purchased other Vizio TVs in the past so I'm familiar with the brand. I'm satisfied with the picture quality and the overall viewing experience. The speakers are OK, but I'd recommend a sound bar (especially if you have a noisy household like me). I have a Vizio soundbar hooked up to the TV and it makes a big difference. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this TV.

Absolutely Love It!

I have had Vizio televisions before and I have to say I will never purchase another brand! The features, picture quality, and sound are far superior over any comparable brand in the same price category. I would recommend Vizio to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their current television or tech.

Terrible picture quality

My 9 year old 32” Vizio wouldn't turn on anymore so I purchased a new 40”. The picture quality is disappointing compared to the old set, even though the new TV is 4K. Colours are inaccurate and washed out and contrast is poor. The only good thing was the price, cheaper than Samsung but still wish I would have spent the extra money and got a quality TV. I would not recommend Vizio and won't purchase again.

Good Price for size but not great overall

For the size of the TV, the picture quality is a little disappointing. Also, there has been multiple times where it freezes and the only way for it to be fixed is unplugging it, I wouldn't complain about that if i hadn't got this TV less than 2 months ago. TV's are expensive so it's not awful pricing considering the size but I was expecting more. Also, why is there no HBO app?

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter more colorful image. Great features and good picture.

We bought our Visio in a 60 inch model. We liked the fact that Visio had a TV between a 55 inch and a 65 inch. The picture is awesome and the Visio surround sound is amazing. The only issue we have is the lip movement, when they are talking is ahead of the sound. Is there a fix for that?

AWESOME PICTURE

This TV was a spur of the moment purchase. I wasn't really looking for a new TV at the time but it was a really great price and the picture looked amazing so I bought it. I am impressed! The picture is so crystal clear and 4K movies look so real!! Love this TV!

A happy accident

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE our Vizio tv. Our old tv (and previously preferred brand) quit working on Super Bowl Sunday. We ran out and grabbed the first least expensive replacement we could find…and we have been happy ever since!!

One problem

I can't find a way to get it to change from 480 viewing. I've searched EVERYWHERE in settings and it will not allow me to change inputs...so viewing from my cable box (which reads 1080 right now) is only coming across as SD viewing on my brand new vizio. I'm not concerned about the 4k...I just want to watch my basic tv shows in HD...not SD...and this fantastic new tv SHOULD allow me to do that...or find the settings to change this. I'm very upset

Right Size and Great Features for a Great Price

I was looking for 60 inch 4KHD Smart TV to strategically fit in a specific location and the V605-G3 fit the bill perfectly. It has lots of capability and great features which will take time to sort through as I pair it with my new 7.1 Channel Receiver, Speaker System, 4KHD BluRay Player and BLUETOOTH headphone transmitter. So far, so good as I wait for the rest of the components to arrive. In the meantime, my loves the vibrant picture compared to our previous rock-solid LCD TV that finally bit the dust. It works great with my older 5.1 Home Theater System in the meantime. I had one glitch during initial set up and when I called customer they led me step by step through problem resolution. They stayed on the line until everything was perfect. I was very impressed. Any reservations and skepticism I had about switching to a new brand from the TV we loved so many years, have vanished.

Easy to use

The only television I purchase is video I currently have 7 in use in our home, great picture quality and actual product quality, i purchased my first vixen in 2007 and it is still in use , I recommend vireo products to anyone who asks my opinion on televisions or sound bars
