Vizio 4K is a great product

I replaced an older 32" 720P Vizio unit that I purchased when LED system first came out at a much higher price than I purchased my V405-H10 for. I waited until I could find a 4K unit that was a size I could put on the same wall mount that my 32" system used. In fact did not purchase it for the larger size. Also purchased the Vizio V51-H6 36" 5.1 Channel Home Theater Soundbar System which took it to the next level of viewing experience, and the combined price still came in under what I purchased the 32" 720P TV set for those many year ago.

Amazing Vizio

I love it!! This is the best thing in my life!! I have been re-awakened and re-energized by the motivation that this product makes me feel every morning and night. I cannot stop watching it. It has the best quality and ease of use. I love it. I really love it!!

First TV

Just got my first apartment and was tired of hand me down TVs, I basically stole the thing it was so cheap I love it! The picture is great, the Home Screen is easy to maneuver, the function is simple, and I paired it with a vizio sound bar and it's just an amazing set up.

Expensive but it's perfect

I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself and I couldn't decide between a cheaper 58 inch roku tv or this 43 inch. The chromecast and apple airplay built into it is what sold me. And the fact that the front screen is glass. I also like how alexa can control my tv. Also I can carry this tv myself and it fits in my car very easily.

Lacks features

I've had it about 2 weeks so it's difficult to know how it will perform 5 to 10 years from now. What I can say is that it is not all that smart. I still have to use my Roku device because the TV does not offer a weather app nor a radio station app. One very positive thing that I can say is that the customer service is very good. I had to contact them several times as I learned how the UHD works . I give the agents 5 stars.

Worst TV Ever! Would Rate 0 Stars if I Could

Worst TV I have ever had the worst luck of owning. This model has a design flaw, which v confirmed. In less than 2 weeks of original TV purchase, several apps (Disney+, Netflix, Tubi, Crackle, etc.) would either stop working and go back to the home screen, freeze the TV and require TV to be unplugged to work again, become glitchy like there were a wifi issue, color blotching or lines on the screen OR no picture, but sound OR first frame of a movie repeating 10-20 times before movie started playing correctly again after commercials. After well over 20 phone calls with customer service and Vizio replacing my original TV with an identical model and experiencing the exact same issues within days of hooking up the replacement and starting the calls all over again, 1 person finally told me that VIZIO is aware that there is an issue with the 50" V505-H model and they are looking for a resolution. However, replacing my TV with a different model is not a suitable resolution, refunding my money is not a suitable solution (Sam's Club has said they will take the TV back tomorrow with a receipt and no box since we discarded the box when we were sent a replacement TV thinking what's the odd's of getting a useless $300 TV twice?) My warning to anyone looking at this TV is this, VIZIO admitted to me that they know there is an issue with this model and they are looking for a "resolution" but they don't have one and won't do anything to help you other than keep sending you the same TV that won't work more than a week. Don't waste your time, but something that works.

Returning <1 week Sound and Picture Faulty

I own 2 other Video TVs and was excited about getting a 50” model. Within less than a week, the sound started working intermittently and then the picture went black. I should have just returned It to store rather than going through online customer service, but that's another story. Should also add that after asking Customer Service about it, there were numerous complaints about faulty sound of the Visio. *** The silver lining is that I went to the Sam's Club and bought an LG UHD TV, 50UN73 AI ThinQ webOS (50”) and LOVE IT. The picture quality is outstanding. 3D!! The menu and remote control is next generation (but easier) and freaking awesome. ***

Love it!

We had a vizio before and had problems with the screen blanking out but we were able to send it back for a new one. It happened again and they sent out a tech to replace the hardware behind the screen. Its worked perfectly ever since. And even with the problems I felt like at least they fixed them and there was no charge to us. And like i said that tv is still going 4 years later! So we bought another bigger one and we love it too! As long as they have good customer service if the product fails, I'll continue to buy their brand! And the prices are way better than some of those other brands!

So far so good

I've bought this right before Christmas and so far so good. My only complaint is that the mounting holes for the wall mount are a little low. The TV being a 70” makes it a little top heavy. I've had to straighten the tv out once. It tilted downward on its own. I might have to get lock washers for the screws on the wall mount if this keeps happening or figure something out. The picture has been good. Can't complain about the tv.

Step up to bigger size screen of a Smart TV

Price was very reasonable, has all the standard goodies for a Smart Tv. Easy set up to get cable service recognized. Only downfall with this tv is sound comes out the back, so we bought a sound bar made specifically for this tv. Otherwise would purchase again, no issues
