I am not a huge fan of unflavored water. I have been using Mio to flavor my water for well over a year. I absolutely love it. It has helped me drink less soda, and I like knowing there are no added sugars in Mio. My only complaint is that I sometimes get a weird taste in my mouth after drinking Mio. It feels almost like theres a coating of something on my tongue which is why I gave it 4 stars. However, this is not enough to keep me from using and enjoying Mio producta.

I'm unsure if i mixed it correctly but it did not do anything for me personally on a energy level. I did not feel any more energetic after drinking to bottle of this. Also while the taste was not to pleasingly even out it felt. Meaning it was either to sweet with less water or very light with to much water. It was not pleasing

It’s okay. It’s just REALLY sweet and had a super artificial taste. To the point that we had to add a ton of water. That’s fine. It just defeats the purpose of the energy part because it’s so diluted. It didn’t really seem to be all that affective. Might try a different flavor but overall not a fan of this one.

Mio Energy is the best! I try to drink as much water as I can throughout the day, but sometimes plain water can get boring. So I always make sure I have some Mio around in case I feel like giving my water some life. This Strawberry Pineapple flavor is one of my favorites and the added caffeine boost helps to get me through the work day. I highly recommended everyone to try out Mio if you haven’t already!

Yum! I love this stuff because its zero calorie but actually makes my drink taste good. You can tell it uses sweeteners vs sugar but its not the gross formaldehyde flavor that I usually get when I drink sweetened things. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a boost to their water. I also have been drinking double the water I used to when I use this.

My boyfriend will only drink water if it is flavored so MIOs are perfect for him. He really likes them (in general) and although he loves the flavor of this one and it definitely helps him with an energy boost however, it leaves a bit of an after taste.

I absolutely love these products and bought them soon after they came out. I love the Contour and concealer brush 150. It works like a charm. I purchased the light set with Shades: bamboo, mocha, and trippin'. Mymost favorite Shades out of the sticks are unicorn and especially confetti! Confetti is my most favorite shade! I would say that the sticks could be a little creamier Rather than so dry but as soon as you warm these products up with your skin like the back of your hand they easily glide on the face. These products look amazing on the skin. They are blendable and buildable. They are rather pigmente. But you can blend them out to be more sheer if you'd like. Another way to use these products is to warm the stick up on the back of your hand with a few swipes and then pick up some product from the stick with a brush... or from the back of your hand. Either way you use them these products are amazing. They might seem a little dry at first but as soon as you get them warmed up they are clearly creamy and blendable. I would 10 out of 10 recommend these products to anyone. They are especially easy for on-the-go days. These are excellent to travel with because of their small size and Durable Packaging. I love the fact that they are magnetic and stick together Making throwing them in your makeup bag or purse (and not having to worry about them) a breeze. I am telling you if you are looking for Cosmetics that are quick and easy to apply or something that is on the go and travel friendly these matchsticks are your best bet. Try them out today and you will not be disappointed!

The BEST thing to help those non water drinkers!! Its the perfect addition to any workout too! I feel so much more energized after a few sips and this flavor is my favorite!! Ive re brought this 10 times! You should definitely try if youre looking to drink more water this new year!!

I bring these little suckers to the bar with me to flavor my Vodka/Waters (for those of us who need to start drinking lite) it makes it soooo much easier to drink the same amount but with less calories. A nice energy boost so youre not just drunk too MIO

Overall has a great flavor.I honestly dont feel an energy boosting element but it does make drinking more water an easier task. I like that its already in a liquid form so it's easier to incorporate into my water and I dont have to shake it to death waiting for the crstals to dissolve.
