Mio Energy is a nice alternative to caffeinated carbonated beverages. It is more affordable than bottled sports drinks and easy to use. I have purchased this many times in various flavors. I keep a bottle in my car for “on the go” hydration and take it in my makeup bag when I travel. All the flavors offer a delicious way to add more water into your daily routine.

This is an old fashioned favorite for me. Been repurchasing this black cherry flavoring for years, and will continue to do so. The flavor is awesome without being overpowering, and the artificial sweetener flavor - while detectable - isn't overbearing or powerful.

These are ok. My family didn’t care for them. I have yet to notice or boost my energy. But I like that they can compliment any drink from water and even juices. I also bought a vitamin one so I like that they have different option. Willing to continue trying.

I love to take this with me when I go out on the weekends. I realized I drink a lot of calories so instead of asking for pop with my liquor or just in general, I can get club soda and mix it in or just water and mix it. The small container is great and stores easily in a purse or even a wristlet. It tastes great and you can decide how much flavor you want in each drink!

My ex and my boyfriend both love these I'm not the biggest fan of these but those 2 are. They say the love how you can control the flavor amount and squeeze as little or much as you want. They're small which is nice because they make it easy to take on the go. Must try them out !

I drink a lot of Mio. I keep rows of the stuff on my pantry shelves. And in days past I drank almost exclusively black cherry Kool-Aid. So o bought this with hopeful anticipation. Sadly, hope turned to literal bitterness. Usually with Mio the more you add the sweeter it gets. I like big bold flavors in my drinks, so I started gently raising the concentration to where the flavor came through. But when the flavor finally showed up it was bitter. So I added some more like I would with there sweet tea but it just got more bitter. I gave the rest to a buddy and he liked it, so to each his own. I hope my review doesn’t stop you from trying something you might like, it’s just not for me. Fortunately they have many more flavors to try.

I’ll be honest that this wasn’t my favorite flavor they put out and the energy line does not have many flavors also. It really doesn’t help with my energy level for a long period of time, as it seems like when I’m done with my drink, it doesn’t work anymore.

I love mio! I think this particular flavor is amazing and the caffeine in it is really good. It doesn’t make you jittery or anything and is a smooth caffeination if that makes sense... I already am a repeat buyer and would buy more of this flavor for sure!

It’s okay. It’s just REALLY sweet and had a super artificial taste. To the point that we had to add a ton of water. That’s fine. It just defeats the purpose of the energy part because it’s so diluted. It didn’t really seem to be all that affective. Might try a different flavor but overall not a fan of this one.

I love this stuff. It lasts so long and makes drinking water more fun. It keeps me hydrated during the hot months and curbs those sugar cravings without adding a lot of sugar (if any) to my water. I definitely recommend trying MIO, its way easier than powder water flavors.
