I am in love with my MIO flavorings. I own almost all the flavors and am able to switch them up whenever I need to! I have a desk basket that is specifically for all my flavorings. They have close to no calories, taste great, easy to conceal and carry around and taste great

I was introduced to this product after my gastric bypass. Increasing my flyid consumption was a little difficult but these non calorie drops witj super taste and caffeine to boot helped me to stay hydrated without missing the caffeine of diet soft drinks. I definitely recommend to all my weight loss and workout friends

The best water enhancer brand out there. Every flavor I have tried is delicious and the bottle lasts a lot longer than you think it's going too so it makes it more worth it on the price. It's great when I am sick of old plain water, and great for when I need to stay up all night. I do not notice a crash after using this which is super important when I'm trying to stay awake.

I decided to try the MiO Energy Strawberry Pineapple Smash Liquid Water Enhancer after seeing online that people were using them to spruce up their drinks at bars. I tried that and it was good, and tried it using just plain water and it was also good!

I bring these little suckers to the bar with me to flavor my Vodka/Waters (for those of us who need to start drinking lite) it makes it soooo much easier to drink the same amount but with less calories. A nice energy boost so youre not just drunk too MIO

This is a great drink additive that doesn’t take up a lot of space in the cabinet and easy to carry around with you. Just get a bottle of water and add a squirt or two depending on how strong you want it. Taste is great and gives me a little extra energy.

I keep this one in my desk drawer at work. I love the flavor and it really helps on those days where water just isn't enough. You need some flavor sometimes! It was pretty cheap at the grocery store. However, it does not provide any extra energy for me. I was hoping it would.

I love mio I’ve probably tried most flavors. My favorite are usually anything in a pink label. I’m not a fan of blueberry lemonade or regular lemonade. They just seem funky. If you have a hard time with drinking water or want to cut back on soda I recommend trying these

This little thing gives me enough caffeine for 5 to 7 days. I add it into my water in the morning before I leave the house. It's definitely a cheaper option for caffeine. I will carbonate my water occasionally and add this. It's a great way to have it.

This is my second favorite flavor of Mio. This is amazing during my 12hr overnight shifts. Not only do I use it but my other co-workers love it too. It gives a nice boost of energy without the jitters or crash you would get from other energy drinks. You can add as much or little of flavoring as you like.
