I am very unhappy with this coffee maker, it only make half a cup of coffee, this is exactly what the one did before then it quit making coffee all together, is this replacement a used coffee maker?

This is an upgrade from the last duo I purchased. I can choose strong brew now and bigger cup sizes. So easy to use and I love it, and it takes up even less space on my counter!
