I finally broke down and bought this coffee pot. I loved my old Keurig but it was annoying going through all the steps making iced coffee and I absolutely love iced coffee. This coffee pot makes making iced coffee a breeze and I really love it. My only complaint and really I don't see where it can be any different is that I have to turn the whole coffee pot around in order to fill the reservoir with water in the back I really don't know the solution to that. My old coffee pot had it on the side and it was a little bit more easily accessible. So maybe it could have been on the side. But anyway I love this coffee pot I love the option to make my coffee nice and strong and it's so easy making iced coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited and delighted to have received this new Keurig! To start it is absolutely aesthetically pleasing and sleek on my counter top! My fave type of drinks are always iced so when I learn I could have a machine that does just that I was so happy and most of all excited to not have melted ice cubes in my drinks! The machine is wonderful and so easy to use. The buttons are simple and make it super easy to navigate when making a drink, filling the cartridge , and descaling the machine. I’m so excited to make more wonderful drinks in this machine and grateful to now have this in my routine for amazing coffee!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use. straight out of the box it was pretty much ready to go. Basically all you have to do is remove tape, add water and run a cycle. Love it. Nice, simple, convenient with no sacrifice to coffee quality. Both the iced and regular coffee came out very well. I appreciate having the option of getting a stronger brew, which is nice for an extra jolt. I also appreciate the small footprint this keurig has and like that there is a descaling option for cleaning. Definitely recommend checking this out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the Keurig is slim and doesn't take up a lot of space. I also like that the coffee is brewed stronger. But for me, I like having lattes in the morning. Nothing will beat that for me. I think this is great for whenever we have guests who are too intimidated to use the espresso machine. One of our guests actually got a chance to use it and was impressed how much Keurig has changed.

It also can make multiple different sizes, hot coffee and cold coffee. My husband loved making ice coffees in it. Definitely a quick and easy way to make coffee when in a hurry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As amazing as it was to receive this product i am a little underwelmed. They set Dunkin's iced coffee so naturally i though you could use the cold brew function, but it was brew hot over ice. I then started to wonder what made it a cold brew machine and really there isnt anything making it one. The iced button really just brews it hot at first and then cools down as it brews the rest. Its a really great idea in theory but in practice i think it just misses the mark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loooooooove the iced coffee but made the mistake of adding my sugar after making my iced coffee and obviously the sugar didn’t melt. To circumvent that, I’ve either used a simple syrup or a sweet coffee creamer. Easy fix! Great machine.
