[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was confused why hot coffee came out when I chose the iced button. After reading the manual I realized that it’s supposed to do that to get a stronger flavor and then cools down as the coffee pours out more. I thought I messed up!! Coffee came out delicious and will save me visits from Starbucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this keurig a lot, and like that there is a built in option for iced coffee. This being said, it essentially does everything else that previous keurigs did, it just now has a specific button for not “as warm” coffee meant to be brewed over ice.

I received my artic white brewer just a few weeks ago and I am so happy with it. I was heated as soon as I put the plug in. I had to run a blank brew the first time and it took no time at all. I love how much less space it takes compared with my last one. I have had only Keurig coffee machines since at least 2011. This is the best yet. I love the strong brew especially when I make ice coffee. I drink hot coffee in the morning but I do like ice coffee in the afternoon but buying it was not an option. This machine makes it right in my own home with my own ingredients. The reservoir holds the same amount as my last Keurig so I am not filling it a lot. I am so happy with this Keurig that I look forward to my coffee in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m an iced coffee girlie. Doesn’t matter the time of day, the temperature, whatever. I love this machine because I can just brew normal hot coffee for my husband and then hit the iced button for myself, and it’s really just that easy - I don’t have to stop and think about and adjust the volume for my iced coffee (with our other machine I sometimes had to clean up overfill when I forgot to account for ice volume, because I am just not that awake yet). It’s simple, easy to understand and read the buttons, and it’s a nice slim size for an appliance. Comparatively, our old machine took up 3 times the space and had a steep learning curve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] None of my iced coffee cups fit to brew into even with removing the tray. So I had to brew into something else and then pour it in. Also for iced coffee size it would be nice to have a 16 & 20oz option instead of brewing 8 & 10 twice. Most iced coffee cups are bigger. But it brewed the coffee perfectly. The ounce measurements are accurate. I love how slim it is. The gray color is nice but I’d prefer black.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As amazing as it was to receive this product i am a little underwelmed. They set Dunkin's iced coffee so naturally i though you could use the cold brew function, but it was brew hot over ice. I then started to wonder what made it a cold brew machine and really there isnt anything making it one. The iced button really just brews it hot at first and then cools down as it brews the rest. Its a really great idea in theory but in practice i think it just misses the mark.

The process to get a replacement was awesome and shipped very quickly, excellent customer service

The 1st one I purchased was defective so I contacted Keurig and they replaced it immediately
