After using it 3 times it stoped working. I dont know what went wrong but after 3 cups of tea it decided to die

I finally broke down and bought this coffee pot. I loved my old Keurig but it was annoying going through all the steps making iced coffee and I absolutely love iced coffee. This coffee pot makes making iced coffee a breeze and I really love it. My only complaint and really I don't see where it can be any different is that I have to turn the whole coffee pot around in order to fill the reservoir with water in the back I really don't know the solution to that. My old coffee pot had it on the side and it was a little bit more easily accessible. So maybe it could have been on the side. But anyway I love this coffee pot I love the option to make my coffee nice and strong and it's so easy making iced coffee.

This product is small and compact, it doesn't take much counter space and it's perfect for people who live on their own. It's incredibly easy to set up. It makes both hot and iced coffee. The hot mode has an option to make it stronger, which it's so cool because I love that my coffee kicks me up. I wish it worked on the iced mode. The hot works pretty much normal as any other coffee maker, but the real star of this product is the iced coffee. I've tried other brands with this option and the coffee always get watered down. Not with this one, the flavor is strong and smooth. As a recommendation, go for 8oz or 10oz if you like your coffee strong like me. This coffee maker will be my go to for iced coffee for sure.

I loved how easy the setup was, and how it is self cleaning. I decided to brew iced-coffee, and was thrilled to see the different cup sizes available. I chose the 8-oz, and watched in awe as the machine brewed this to perfection. I would absolutely spend my own money on this product and am super impressed with the complete experience!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has its pros and cons. Biggest con for us is how wasteful the k-cups are, it really adds up if you're having multiple cups a day. There's no denying Keurigs can be very convenient for some people though, theyre quick and easy to use. This one in particular only has buttons for cup size (8 oz, 10 oz, etc), one for "strong" and an iced option. There's also a water refill warning light, it's all very simple and straightforward. There's a button for iced coffee but liquid still comes out hot (we couldn't tell if it came out differently than the other settings) and you have to purchase the specific k-cup to make iced coffee. Taste was fine. We had 3 types to choose from: donut shop, iced and caramel vanilla. We liked the first 2 the best. Overall we felt kind of 'meh' about it. We drink a lot of coffee and have a variety of ways to make coffee everyday. I think this could be great for someone who is an occasional drinker or perhaps living in a dorm or even as a first apartment gift. I was very excited to try out this coffee maker especially since I can make iced coffee. The coffee maker is slim, modern, sleek, and can easily fit in a small kitchen with limited counter space. It's very easy to use, clean up, and quiet. And it saved me so much time in the morning. Can't wait to use the iced coffee function more when the weather gets warmer out, highly recommend it!!

I do not like clutter on the counter, so the small size makes it easy to store in any cabinet or pantry. It works really well. The iced coffee is a little watered down but not to much! I love the grey color as well!

But since I got it I use it every day I don’t even waste my time putting the regular coffee pot together any more. The style is Gorgeous!!!! And the coffee that was given to me is good too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loooooooove the iced coffee but made the mistake of adding my sugar after making my iced coffee and obviously the sugar didn’t melt. To circumvent that, I’ve either used a simple syrup or a sweet coffee creamer. Easy fix! Great machine.
