This one operates a lot better then my old one. It was easier to set up. My original one,I had issues setting it up. This one not at all.

purchased for my daughters b-day gift, she loved it and feels it is so quick and efficient to use before running out the door each morning.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for a friend. I won't know how she likes it until after Christmas.

Love it. It goes with my gray and kitchen. It’s small and does not take up a lot of and easy to use. Great purchase

Difficult to close. Feels like a factory refurbished coffee maker. Some plastic piece is catching on another and makes closing difficult.

A bit noisy but makes the consistently good coffee I expect from Keurig. Hope it lasts longer than the model it replaced.

This was a replacement but it had the exact same problems the first one had: 1...coffee didn't get hot 2. Press 12 ounces and barely got 6 ounces

You must purchase the water filter tower and filter separately. Had I been aware, I would not have purchased.

I love this for iced tea. My only wish is that it brewed more than 12 oz because it seems to be brewing short.

Too soon to tell. First one purchased lasted about 3 months. Like the way it functions we will see if the replacement last.
