The speed at which the coffee is made is great. The flavor is better w/o the taste of regular paper filters.

Had trouble with purchase. Machine did not work. Customer service was excellent. Sent new machine right away. It's great, love it.

It couldn't get any easier to have both cold and hot beverages in one machine. Very convenient and the design is so sleek.

Love it! Its easy to use and small enough to fit on my table. I can fit my large mug in it as well. I haven't tried the iced coffee setting yet.

Nice and compact size with all the features I wanted. Only wish the coffee dispensed a little quieter and a little hotter.

Just ok, nothing special. Had some issues right out of the box that were corrected after speaking with customer service.

We had this for less than a week and it quit working. We might have had 20 cups of coffee. It won’t even turn on. Not happy.

So easy to use and convenient…not sure why I didn’t purchase this years ago and save myself $$$ making my own iced coffee.
