very disappointed on how my coffee tastes with this. As soon as I brew it with the over ice button, the ice immediately melts so the coffee just tastes watered down. I wish I could return this and don’t recommend it for iced coffee.

Nice little machine that was received 1/2 price for my auto ship order. Makes great iced coffee and is barely heard at 5am. Not sure if I'd like it as much if I paid full price, it's kind of slow.

Problems can arise in any company, but the true measure of a company is how they respond when a problem occurs. Keurig has been the most responsive I could ever expect. They responded and immediately corrected the problem.

We absolutely love our new Keurig machine! Being able to make hot coffee and iced coffee is amazing. Unlike our old Keurig model this one is always ready to brew coffee whenever I put aa pod in.

I have had this for a couple weeks now and it’s wonderful! The iced feature works so well. I only wish the water tank was bigger but that just means we are using it a lot 😊 if you’re on the fence about getting it just go for it! You won’t regret it

Small ish brewer but it is the perfect one for me….love that it has 4 different sizes and an over ice choice too.

I really like this coffee maker! It holds more than my old one and I love the iced coffee feature! No more Starbucks for me!

This was a replacement but it had the exact same problems the first one had: 1...coffee didn't get hot 2. Press 12 ounces and barely got 6 ounces

Absolutely adorable and great experience. My keurig died on my and received a new one in no time from keurig. Awesome experience. Love my keurig

So easy to use and convenient…not sure why I didn’t purchase this years ago and save myself $$$ making my own iced coffee.
