I bought this for my mom for Christmas and it is a very nice coffee maker, she loves it! But it did come with part of the inside chipped off. It does not hurt the function of it, but it was irritating seeing the piece missing.

I am happy with this coffee maker I do wish the pods were not as expensive as I do enjoy several cups of coffee a day and I'm finding it is costing me a lot more

Received my K-Iced Essentials Maker. It was a replacement for my other one that was only 3 weeks old. This one seems to be working better, hopefully it will stay that way. I have been a Keurig user for many years.

I was disappointed in the iced feature. It comes out hot first to “maximize” flavor of the pod but it never changes over until last minute. The ice is what makes it cold and melts since it’s hot water coming out.

Love this coffee machine. This is my 3nd one as it just stopped working. Even after a thorough clean out. They stood behind it with warrenty and I’m greatful . Love how it makes ice & hot. Definitely recommend

I got a new Keurig and it just wouldn't turn on. the people who helped me made it very easy to replace it.afew steps and now I'm using my new own very happy.

I bought the K-Iced brewer and it didn’t work. I called Keurig customer service and they assisted me and sent me a replacement. It’s working great!! Thanks!!

We are very happy that we purchased this coffee machine. It works fantastic and even our visitors love it. The coffee tastes better and it does not occupy too much space in our kitchen.

Got this to replace a larger, not so good unit, which would not dispense more than 10oz of water no matter what size you chose. This unit dispenses what it says and brews cold coffee too. Much smaller and a nice addition to my kitchen

Performs well, has multiple cup water receptacle, no need to add water for each cup a plus. Coffee is hot, brews very quickly, look forward to using ice coffee component in warmer weather.
