I have been a faithful purchaser of Bounty Paper Towels for years, but the last package of 12 rolls has been very disappointing. The towels fall apart even when just drying my hands, and are good for only one swipe of the counter - no rinsing and reuse is possible. What happened to the quality I have come to rely upon? A few years ago I stopped buying Bounty napkins because of the decline in quality and now it appears your paper towels have met the same fate. '

For years I bought super cheap paper towels, wondering why anyone would spend so much money on a roll of Bounty, when you could get three rolls of bargain brand for the same price. Then I had a really good coupon plus a sale, so I tried a couple of rolls. What a difference! Especially with the "select-a-size". The roll seemed to last forever, I didn't need 3-4 paper towels just to wipe up a spill, and -- although I can't bring myself to rinse them out and use them again -- I do use them for multiple spill clean up because they just seem to soak up spills without getting grungy. Again, can't stress enough that the roll lasts 2 to 3 times as long as the cheaper brands. Tried going back, but it just didn't make sense and I felt like I was always having to buy paper towels. I'm a Bounty convert! (By the way, my mom never used anything but Bounty . . . turns out mom's always right!)

Bounty is the only brand of paper towel I've ever used however since the pandemic I noticed the quality of the towel sheets lacking. Not as absorbent and extremely thin. This is very disappointing since bounty has been very expensive and difficult to find lately. Sadly, now I'm looking into purchasing other brands that are stronger and more resistant.

I used these for clean ups and it wasnt as durable. I had to use more product to wipe the cleans and spills. Its good for regular use but she cleaning or deep cleaning it breaks with water and I dont want to get my hands dirty. In general its ok for house use or wiping but for deep wet cleaning I need more.

I have loved using Bounty paper towels, but the last package I bought (6 pack select a size sheets) had 3 bad rolls. Two of which had no lines to tear and was just one long roll and the last one had the lines but did not rip down the lines like they were supposed to. The other 3 in the package were wonderful, but I am upset that half of the rolls were not what they were supposed to be.

The names that Bounty assigns to their 10+ different roll sizes have no relation to English language definitions other than the "regular" size. Also, some sizes have more than one name. Which size name denotes the larger size? Large, Big, Giant (aka Single Plus), Mega, Super, Double, Bulk, Huge (aka Double Plus) or Triple. Ask yourself what relationship the number of sheets/roll bears to the number of square feet per roll. After this exercize, you'll want to check yourself into the nearest mental hospital. Marketing gimmicks should not be needed when you have the best paper towels on the planet!

I've been purchasing the Bounty select a size sheets since they started selling them. Now I'm reading the reviews on this page and wonder what am I getting that's different from what others are purchasing. I wonder because I LOVE Bounty because of its consistency. It has never changed. PLEASE do NOT change what you're doing.

The last 12 pack of select-a-size towels is very different than the towels we have been using for years. These towels are thinner, less absorbent and plain poor quality. You have either had a manufacturing defect or you have change the process/towel to a very poor quality. We have changed to Viva in an effort to try a better quality paper towel. Please advise if you have either fixed the process or gone back to the past quality towel. If so I will consider returning to Bounty.

Having a buy direct function online would be extremely smart and helpful, since we're in the middle of a pandemic. Manufacturers are making it very hard to social distance since nobody sells online. Then when you're at your wit's end and have to go to the store, they never have in stock.

I prefer to buy the 2 pack of printed select a size paper towels. However, since the pandemic hit us, I can't find them anywhere and most stores only carry the huge multipaks of the giant roll size that does fit in my paper towel holder and I don't have room to store those large packages. HELP!!! Please make smaller rolls and smaller packages available again, Single roll or or 2 roll packaging in prints. Thank You
