I remember when bounty actually was absorbent. Napkins too! These past few years their softness and absorbency is a stiffer and and less efficient product. Much more like an inferior generic brand. And the cost is outrageous! What happened to your quality???

I've been a loyal Bounty user for over 20 years. Recently I noticed that they are less absorbent. They're thinner and rougher. They cost more but perform less. I used to spray 2 squirts of cleaner and use a half sheet to wipe the counter and the towel just got damp. Now, the towel gets soaked from the same 2 squirts of cleaner and it begins to shred apart if I continue to wipe another area, something I used to be able to do. Instead, now I have to use 2-3 times what I used to use in order to complete the same task. These paper towels are no longer of value to me, they're not worth buying again. I'm disappointed that Bounty would cheapen their product like this - AND! - charge more money for it. I will not be buying Bounty Paper Towels any more.

Honestly I thought it was me... I've never bought the "prints" so when they were horrible I thought it was just the prints, but after the other reviews I know it is all your products. I've never used any other paper towel, but I'm going to now. What happened???

I have been buying these for several years. They worked great, were relatively tough, absorbed liquids well. It appears that at some point in the last couple months they changed the design. They are worse now. They feel like a flimsy cheap brand. They don't hold up as well and they don't absorb as well. What happened?

I'm surprised so few people have not pointed out how nasty these paper towels smell when wet. They smell like old wet books. They never used to do this. Whatever change you made in your process has lost you a brand-loyal customer. Can't even dry a counter or fry hands with these anymore without them smelling like wet paper. Forget using them to wrap up a frozen burrito when microwaved, unless you want your burrito to taste like a wet book.

I have been using Bounty for decades. We had Bounty in my house growing up too. It was the best on the market for absorbency, softness and holding together when wet. Sometime after Covid, there was a quality change. The towels are thinner, feel cheap and scratchy and tear in half when you try to rip them on the perforated line. If I didn't know better I'd think I was using a generic grocery store brand. I didn't accidentally buy the Essentials line either. Very disappointed in Bounty. I understand wanting to keep the product affordable during an inflationary economy, but don't sacrifice quality. I'd rather pay a little more for the same good quality. After all these years of being a loyal Bounty customer, I'm now on the hunt for a new paper towel brand.

Tired of the rip off. You guys change your sizes so much, YOU can't even keep up with them on your site. I recently purchased rolls that claim to be 2-1/2 the size of regular (which seems to be an arbitrary number to begin with). I can only assume going by your vernacular it would be called a 2 PLUS size. Regardless, you've turned into a joke. Lifetime user . . . but, I'm over it. You're not that special. You'll regret robbing people when they all bail, and they will. People are fed up with being taken advantage of. You'd think with ALL THOSE TREES you plant, you could reduce the price, or are you paying your managers to go out and lovingly water them daily?

Bounty- Do you know why people were willing to pay a high premium for your paper towels? Because they were worth it. THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE! I have been using bounty exclusively for 35 years now. The reformulation is a disgrace to your reputation. Cheaply made, Thinner, less absorbent, scratchier. I will no longer purchase your towels. This is ridiculous, go back to your old formulation.

In our most recent deliveries of the product, we have noticed a significant difference in the product—these are not the paper towels we know and want; it is an inferior quality. I have been a loyal Bounty customer for years, due to the superior absorption of the product and liking the simple select a size features (no prints, please!) Cheap paper towels are in a waste of money. Viva is too thick for most uses. Bounty was the perfect option. Now it feels just like the other cheap, thin options.

I have been using the same Bounty Select-a-Size paper towels for my entire life (my mom uses them, too!) and the new version of Bounty sucks. I noticed immediately when I opened the package that the paper towels were not the same -- they are rougher. They are also not as absorbent. I will not continue to pay the same price for this new downgraded quality paper towel. Generic grocery store and drug store brands now make paper towels that are very close to how Bounty used to be. I'm happy to give them my money in the future instead. Extremely disappointing, Bounty.
