I would like the screen to go directly to my HDMI screen instead of your promotional screen. It finally does switch but it takes a minute unless I press an EXIT button.

Alexa is downloaded on this tv, but the remote that comes with the tv is not equipped for Alexa. When you inquire, I thought the wrong remote was in the box, they transfer you to parts and tell you to buy the remote that allows you to use Alexa!!!!

A great TV at a great price. The picture is very good. We're very pleased with our purchase. Picked it up for an extra TV for the grandkids to watch their movies & play their games on. The setup was easy & we love the TV.

Easy to setup. Good picture with lots of enhancement options. Easy to navigate. Large selection of free channels. We are replacing our newer vizio tvs with LG since that awful update.
