I love LG TVs, It's the only TV I've found that make you actually feel like you're right in the movie... this is a nice TV, but I definitely need a soundbar because some things I watch I can barely hear at 100 and I haven't tried all the apps yet but Hulu is extremely slow to the point where I can't even fast forward or rewind and I absolutely hate hate hate the remote!!! But other than that I love the TV

I bought this TV less than a month ago. It is my first smart TV. My main reason was for the HULU App already installed. The LG Channels are a nice surprise and I am still exploring them. The TV has so many options for setup that I haven't yet decided on my preferred configuration, but I am pleased with what I have seen so far. The video and audio are both top notch. I have deducted 1 star because of the remote. It has so many functions on it that the buttons are small and close together. My fingers tend to hit 2 buttons at a time so I have to be slow and careful when using it.

The TV is fine but it isn't the one that Sam's was advertising. They advertised it as a Web OS 23 but turns out it's a Web OS 22. In other words I didn't get the TV they advertised. Also the manual in the box for the remote was for a Magic remote but the remote I got was a different one. The LG channels take ridiculous long to load so I guess we won't be watching those much. Great picture, no issues with the sound but the issues above disappointed me quite a bit, especially being sold an older model TV than advertised.

The controls are easy to operate with the remote and LGtv has lots of channels to choose from. A lovely addition to my home offering an abundance of entertainment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got it on black friday and it's pretty good TV. One thing I don't like it about it is filmmaker mode. Does nothing but changes colors. My old LG TV had mode something called lifetv or realty. Thus mode made u feel like ure watching soft operah. Each movie looks so real like in real life. This filmmakers mode doesn't do that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and sound! It is just slow. We have had our wifi checked and it is good. Wish I could explain better but the tv is slow to go to apps, for example, sling, it takes forever for sling to load and then it gets this circle in the middle of the screen that won't go away until I unplug it and restart. Then is works fine for a while but we have to go through the process at least 4 times a week.

The TV is great. It's easy to operate to change channels, etc. However, it has one major design flaw. It will not allow simultaneous sound from a set of Bluetooth Headphones and the TYV speakers. Apprarently that is now the way all new SMART TV's work. Bad idea!!

After a few years with a different brand smart TV, I was a little intimidated by this one. It has so many features that the old one had. But within about 15 minutes we had it set up just the way we wanted. Connecting to our WiFi was a breeze. The images are sharp, the colors vivid, and adjustments are very easy. The only negative is the audio, which seemed a bit tinny. That was easily resolved by adding an LG soundbar, connected by an optical cable. All in all, we are very satisfied with this setup.
