This vacuum is absolutely fantastic! It has a very fast charge time, which makes it so much easier to do a deep clean or to constantly clean up the unexpected messes that come with having toddlers and dogs! The vacuum works equally well cleaning messes in both our carpeted areas and our hardwood areas. It has great suction and also a variety of tools to make cleaning messes in tough spots easier. A great addition to our household!

I wasn’t expecting to like the ePro Cordless Vacuum as much as I do, but it’s made cleaning much easier. The wide motorized roller with LED lights makes it easy to spot dirt on carpets and hard floors. The built-in brush on the main unit is great for shelves and keyboards, and the flexible bending adapter is perfect for cleaning under furniture. With dual battery packs offering over an hour of runtime and an LED display with eco, normal, and turbo modes, it’s super convenient. The HEPA filter does a solid job trapping dust and allergens. My only complaints are the motor handle feels a bit cheap, and even in turbo mode, the suction isn’t always strong enough for heavier debris. Still, it’s a well-designed vacuum that gets the job done.

I have tried numerous times to get a replacement dust cup, this is covered under the warranty. every time I call I get the same run around, they are having internal issues but promise to call me (this has been going on and on since the beginning of June, it is now the end of July. If you purchase this vacuum and something breaks or goes wrong I would't expect this. company to make it right.

I was excited to try this out since it was cordless and seemed more portable than my regular vacuum. I will say having the two batteries in this package is very helpful as the vacuum doesn’t run well unless it’s on turbo. This vacuum is definitely not for homes with pets. The suction is not the best, and doesn’t pick up a lot of small pieces if it’s not on the turbo mode. The hair gets stuck in crevices and is hard to remove. Also, the stick vacuum part seems to have to be used the same way. The vacuum head swivels very easily but sometimes that can make using the piece difficult in some areas. Now the things I do like, it’s easily portable not having to worry about plugging it in anywhere is great. It makes it easy to take into the car to vacuum the mess if needed. The pieces that come with it are helpful allowing you to get into smaller spaces. I do wish the brush head under the canister was a little longer than the canister so it would allow you to use it in smaller areas.

Vacuum works but 1 Battery failed and it's been over 30 days of delays and poor excuses for not sending a replacement under warranty. Had to reach out to Sam's Club for assist and no response from the either. Would not buy this again based on 0 customer service and poor warranty service

2nd review: my first review was highly rated, viewpoint has changed. I bought 2, one for me and one for daughter. Works great but not for long. My unit caught on fire from battery and burner through part of handle (to clarify, it didn't just get hot) I mean a legit fire under normal use which is mostly for pet hair clean up.

Works great to pick up dust and dirt ! Very light and easy to empty. No more clunky heavy vacuum! Has a light and can be used on any floor ! Comes with all kinds of crevice tools. Can be mounted on your wall ! Cordless!

not worth it, I got it and barely use and stop working before 1 year, I asked Sam's service and they will give me a refund after 90 days, just wasted my money. Well was good to know that Sam's don't respond for any purchases in electronic after the 90 days. BAD PURCHASE, don't get this brand and waste your money
