It muddles in mediocrity. The battery is short lived especially if you want good suction. It does NOT pick up well in reverse, only seems to do okay going forward. Is loud. WORST PART is there are NO replacement filters or sponge filters available. I contacted the company directly and they are sending me a single replacement but nothing is available for purchase. SHAME on Sams Club for selling a subpar item. DO NOT BUY!! Spend on something that has replacement parts and items.

I absolutely love this product. It's so lightweight. It fits into all the spaces that I can't even in the bathroom like behind the toilet, I can get to, it's got so many different features, and it's got 3 setting, which is nice. You can kind of adjust it depending on the mess. All the attachments or more than you can even think of I love the fact that you can find Pull out the handlebasically and use that kind of like as a little dust, Buster. And it's got an easy way to empty and clean them. Filter, all that's so self-sufficient and easy to change and use. I also love how flexible it is. It does take a little getting used to to kind of maneuver around places. But once you get the hang of it, it's amazing. The chargers having 2 batteries is perfect. I have a 1000 square foot house and I can clean with one battery and it just makes cleaning a breeze.

Very very poor suction.

This vacuum is fine, but it is just fine. It absolutely does not merit 5 stars. First, the vacuum struggles on carpet. The brush head does not have much power and struggles to pick up anything more than very light debris on the floor. Its performance is better on hard surfaces, but it is still not great. Second, as others have noted, there is a reason that the manufacturer provides two batteries, specifically that battery life is not good. I have used other stick vacuums that are worse but I have also used a number that are far better. In my opinion, there are other better options available at roughly the same price point.

This cordless vacuum really packs a punch. The vacuum itself comes with multiple attachments for any kind of cleaning need. Of the included attachments, the adjustable extension rod is a favorite for me. It very easily adjusts in length by pushing a button and extending or contracting in a telescopic manner. The vacuum operates via a trigger switch on the handle. Unlike other cordless vacuums we have used, this vacuum does not require you to maintain pressure on the button for the vacuum to operate. There are 3 cleaning settings "normal, eco, and turbo." The normal setting does well on both low pile carpet and tile floors. The eco setting is optimal for tile floors. The turbo setting does well when you need a little extra suction for bigger or more stubborn messes. This vacuum is easy to maneuver, light, and effective. The included attachments really help you be able to vacuum at any angle making some of those hard to reach/awkward places a snap to vacuum. An additional perk is that this vacuum, while still maintaining adequate suction, is NOT loud. We are able to vacuum the hallways and main living areas of our moderately sized house on just one battery. The vacuum comes with 2 batteries-so plenty of battery power left on the second battery to vacuum the additional rooms in our house without having to wait for a battery to charge. We have been very happy with this vacuum. Longer hair has not been tangled up or wrapped around the brush head. Emptying the dustbin is also simple as it separates completely from the vacuum eliminating the need to take the whole appliance to empty the dustbin.

It works okay but I find I have to vacuum slowly for it to pick up some things like cat hair.

Very little suction even when set to turbo. Low battery life.

Does not have the power. The head part is hard to navigate.

Liked the light weight of it . I just wish it hadn't gone out so soon.
