[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my 6 and 9 year olds love this vitamin. That's a first big step , where I don't have to argue with them to have this eat their vitamins. Being gummy and tasty helps. Not too much extra sugar coated, so it is good. The packaging is great. the box is easy to place and very sturdy. the shape is cool/modern. And being childproof helps that they don't eat them too much like candies :). The chillaxing part seems to be working as well. I've been giving it to my younger one, who is very energetic and full of emotions. Especially at night when it's night time routine - which ends up taking easy 40-60 minutes. I've started giving her these vitamins an hour before the bedtime. Nothing dramatic, but I've been noticing some sort of a calm in her over the last few days towards the bedtime. She's more talkative and calm when reading a book. Focuses well when she's calm. So if it's this vitamins that's contributing to her calmness towards end of the day..voila! My kids are usually pretty picky with taste and they love the taste of these ones. We have noticed a big difference with these, they work great to calm my 8 year old down. I like these over the typical melatonin supplement because it is supporting your bodies natural responses instead of giving it a synthetic hormone.

Switched melatonin for this as a “healthier” option . When taken on a regular bases my kids sleep cycle changed and improved without being dependent on it . Even though my kids love the gummies as a treat before bedtime they don’t give a drowsy sleepy effect either .

They are a raspberry, orange and lime blend and nice and chewy. They have magnesium, L-Theanine and lemon balm and my kids like taking them. I feel good about giving these to my kids.

We had tried a few gummy’s for my daughter but she didn’t like it, I’m not entirely sure why but she loves it we have to hide it from her. Also the nutrients are very good for the kids.
