Switched melatonin for this as a “healthier” option . When taken on a regular bases my kids sleep cycle changed and improved without being dependent on it . Even though my kids love the gummies as a treat before bedtime they don’t give a drowsy sleepy effect either .

I give them two before bedtime they sure do help with their pre bedtime wiggles. They helped my kids feel calm and relaxed before bed and helped them stay asleep, four year old who usually wakes up at about 3am and heads to my bed at that time stayed sleeping in her own bed the whole night. They really love the taste too, and I really like that they are made from natural ingredients. These gummies are great and I will be purchasing again.

I noticed a slight change in my kids but not too much. They are always so pumped up. I will keep using these to see the outcome.

I have a child with special needs and he had been given meds for iimpulsiveness and anxiety. That made him worse. I stopped the meds tried this and it's working. The difference he feels good about himself and he's only 7. Be back in 3 weeks we are only on day 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my 6 and 9 year olds love this vitamin. That's a first big step , where I don't have to argue with them to have this eat their vitamins. Being gummy and tasty helps. Not too much extra sugar coated, so it is good. The packaging is great. the box is easy to place and very sturdy. the shape is cool/modern. And being childproof helps that they don't eat them too much like candies :). The chillaxing part seems to be working as well. I've been giving it to my younger one, who is very energetic and full of emotions. Especially at night when it's night time routine - which ends up taking easy 40-60 minutes. I've started giving her these vitamins an hour before the bedtime. Nothing dramatic, but I've been noticing some sort of a calm in her over the last few days towards the bedtime. She's more talkative and calm when reading a book. Focuses well when she's calm. So if it's this vitamins that's contributing to her calmness towards end of the day..voila!
