I did see them be a bit more calm but not to the extent that they did nothing. It was more like they could finish doing the one thing before having to do another thing. I had no problem with them taking it.

My oldest daughter even asked to take one when she sensed she was getting really upset. So it might have a placebo effect or it might really work, but either way I'd recommend!

I like that they are melatonin free because I dont mind giving my kids melatonin but I prefer not to use it all the time. I was worried these Gummies wouldn't work as well as the Gummies with melatonin but they seemed to work great.

I have two very active little kids, ages 4 and 5.5. Sometimes they can be so wound up at the end of the day. I came across information about not getting enough magnesium and being over stimulated. Olly is a brand I trust so I grabbed a bottle of the Chillax gummies. They taste great and are easy to take. I give my younger child only one gummy as his stomach is sensitive and magnesium can be laxative. Nights are easier and I would love to chalk it up to these little gummies.

The gummies are a nice size for a child a to take, and they are very soft/squishy. So the size and texture is perfect. However, my son HATES the flavors of the gummies. He says that they are nasty. I would not recommend these to anyone because both of my boys says they taste horrible.
