I got this for my side hustle and it's amazing. I had a 2600 psi 2.5 gpm pressure washer and it was nowhere enough. This is plenty. It's so much more reliable. Makes cleaning concrete and siding so easy. Couldn't love it more! Simpson did a great job making sure the customer had everything they needed.

Dealt with a few pressure washers. First time having a Simpsons, and this cleans extremely well. The 4.0gpm makes a lot of difference and its pressure stays consistent while also efficient on gas consumption. Overall very impressed by this machine. Well worth every penny if you want the job done right while also with speed.

I am having to get warranty work done for the second time in just over a year losing over two months of operation and time/money taking to service center that is close to an hour away. My friend purchased the same unit around the same time (April 2025) and has had his fixed once already for the same exact reason.

PLUS I DESIRE TO ONLY HAVE A SIMPSON PRESSURE WASHER PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE LOYALTY I HAVE DIVINELY EXPERIENCED FROM OF THEIR PRODUCTS! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY KIND OF PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER WITH THEIR PRODUCTS BECAUSE I HAVE ANOTHER PRESSURE WASHER THAT I HAVE HAD FOR A GOOD WHILE AND IT IS STILL RUNNING LIKE ITS BRAND NEW! AND I ONLY BROUGHT THIS ONE BECAUSE I BROUGHT A NEW SURFACE CLEANER THAT CALLED FOR A PRESSURE WASHER 3500PSI -4500PSI!

the simpson name says it all..had another model for 8 plus years..it finally gave out..so im giving this 1 a try..great power but it takes a few pulls to get it started..so far so good though

Bought this equipment based on the psi not realizing how powerful it really is. The 4000 psi is more for professional use. The equipment does everything and more. I have only one negative thing, the operating manual is difficult follow.

I've used my machine 3 times now in the last month. Very satisfied. Very easy to put together. Starts on the first pull. I just ordered all the attachments. Overall pleased with machine from price to function.

Tons of power. No disappointment there. The unloader valve has failed at about 15 hours. I would also give it a low score for ease of use. The tube frame/cart is very awkward. Parts are hard to find.

I bought this PW to clean hard surfaces like concrete, brick, stone, etc. I use a surface cleaner and it really does a super job! I would recommend this PW.

I have been using this power washer for over a month now and it has been an excellent addition to my equipment. Performs as expected. To prevent back pressure on the pump, pull the trigger while starting the engine.
