Used twice since purchased a month ago. I was disappointed it did not take out rust stains in the concrete using the 40 degree nozzle. Didn’t try the 25 degree since it might remove concrete. Has a kick when using. Started with one pull. Followed instructions to the letter. Hold trigger while attempting to start. Depending on project I used one gallon gasoline at a time with gas protector as instructed. The machine ran out of fuel and no worries of gasoline issues having it sit unused for over 30 days.

The thing I like the most is the adjustable pressure pump. When you are doing different jobs this is great. Cleaning Driveway to washing vehicles they need different pressures. This pressure washer is a beast and will remove paint so be careful. I been using the machine for two weeks so far and love it. Honda motor is great too, after putting machine together it started on first pull. Well pleased with it. It's worth the extra money to get extra fetchers.

I bought this machine just under a month ago and I could have not been any more impressed. My machine did come with two scratches one on the pump and the other by the pump oil cap but not a big deal (probably just from shipping). I have used it twice already probably running about 5 hours total. Had the pressure gauge set in the middle and the throttle only up to half way just to ensure break in period was smooth and even with that it was more than capable with what I needed it to do. The wand and hose with the quick connects were definitely a huge upgrade and super simple. Overall I do not think anybody could go wrong with this. From the once a year user as a homeowner or even a business owner could get some serious work done with this machine.

This pressure washer for the money your not gona find anything that comes close.It has a AAATriplex pump, which I think are the best pumps and long as you flush and use a pump saver of some sort after every use they last forever.I have a Window Cleaning and pressure wash business so I put a lot of hours on my machines.This machine is perfect cause you can adjust the pressure with the unloader valve and it also works great to bead blast stuff with.Like I said for the money this machine is the best and can pretty much do everything,just buy it! You won’t regret it,trust me,I own five of them.....

Bought the Simpson 4240 at Lowes along with a Surface Cleaner. First use was our front driveway and side walks - the combo did a GREAT job. Between the Simpson's high pressure/high volume output with a stainless steel 15 " surface cleaner - the job went quickly with wonderful results.

More power than I need, had a hard time holding wand from recoil... take the crome off a trailer hitch!!! had to turn down the volume on this one pressure is off the hook! Great machine, no issues yet. Works like a champ! Very pleased and would recommend this unit to all...

Limited use (6-7 hours), but so far, I am very impressed. Extremely well built and solid! Starts on the first pull every time (so far). As for performance, it is a beast! If you weigh less than 180 pounds, beware. This thing will lift you off of the ground! I bought the Simpson 20” surface cleaner too, and it is fantastic. I wish I had bought this long ago.

I got this for my side hustle and it's amazing. I had a 2600 psi 2.5 gpm pressure washer and it was nowhere enough. This is plenty. It's so much more reliable. Makes cleaning concrete and siding so easy. Couldn't love it more! Simpson did a great job making sure the customer had everything they needed.

Dealt with a few pressure washers. First time having a Simpsons, and this cleans extremely well. The 4.0gpm makes a lot of difference and its pressure stays consistent while also efficient on gas consumption. Overall very impressed by this machine. Well worth every penny if you want the job done right while also with speed.

I have used my new unit for the first time yesterday and found it to be very powerful compared to my previous units. Overall, I am happy with the machine. There are a few items that I believe that they could improve on. The markings for the choke position and fuel on are very small and would be better if they were marked larger and bolder. My previous unit had an idle down feature when the trigger was off that was very nice because there wasn't the same urgency to have keep the the water flow constantly moving and it also reduced the kickback when the trigger is pulled. An additional feature that would be nice is to have would be the ability to add an electric start as an option.
