Love these things. On the carnivore diet, and this scratches that soft taco itch. Also worked with brats for a bun, and you can use them to make little pizzas with. They are super soft, so you have to be careful not to rip them. They sort of feel like marshmallows.

I love these, I fry them in a bit of oil of butter to firm them up %26 use as a sandwich wrap, no carbs %26 lots of protein. Sadly it appears that Sam's has quit carrying these. I am so sad, no place else to get them in my area of Montana either. Ordering online isn't feasible since they need to be refrigerated. I sure hope the powers that be reverse this decision %26 return them to the stores.

These are wonderful and really tasty! I have used them for both meat and breakfast burritos. They are not like wheat tortillas. They are fluffy and don’t get stiff after you heat them.
