[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like it. The controls are easy to use and it's easy to disassemble when I have to wash it out. It doesn't take very long to cook anything and I like that it doesn't blow super hot air all over the place like our old one. And I can cook more then just one thing at a time, which is really nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the # Ninja® Foodi® 6-in-1 10-qt. XL 2-Basket Air Fryer with DualZone™ Technology to try from # Try-It Sampling and oh my goodness this ninja foodi air fryer is beyond awesome we make catfish and french fries the first time and it came out so crispy and juicy and just tasted absolutely amazing we love the fact that the air fryer was extremely easy to clean up it was extremely healthy food didn't have to use any oil whatsoever this air fryer is just absolutely amazing I don't know what else to say you can dehydrate broil bake air fry they do just about everything you will definitely love the ninja air fryer

I have used it three times already and it works well. Even cooking and it makes things crisp. And I like the size of each side. It is easy to use. Also love that each side can end cooking at the same time so everything is ready at the same time.

I haven't cooked anything in weeks that wasn't done in my air fryer. Literally everything tastes better in this. I used silicon cupcake molds to do eggs for breakfast. Texas toast, grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, fries.... i can't find a single thing you can't put in here and easily create better food than stovetop or oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned 2 other air fryers, both manual operation because of the loud beeps that digital ones have made. But this one is different, the only time it beeps with when you really need it to beep, mainly when the timer is done. I was afraid of a long learning curve, but it is actually very easy to operate, whether using one or both baskets. The inserts in the bottom of the baskets are tight enough that they don't fall out when draining the grease, yet not too hard to pull out to wash. I was skeptical about one basket fitting a whole chicken, but it did fit my 4/5 lb chicken, the only problem I had was turning it halfway through, I needed help. I think I will invest in a large pair of tongs for this task. I have made several other dishes like bacon (nice and crispy), chicken thighs, french fries, baked potatoes, chicken breasts and steak. Everything turned out crispy and delicious. I am glad that I only need this air fryer now instead of the other two, especially since this takes up quite a bit of counter space, the only downside I could find to this great air fryer.

I purchased this less than a month ago. Even with two baskets it isn't really a dual air fryer that's better than a single fryer. When you use both baskets at the same time your cook time almost doubles and your breaded items do not turn out as crispy. It is just as fast, and the fried foods turn out better, if you use a single air fryer and do two batches. Almost doubling your cook time defeats the purpose for a dual fryer. This fryer should cook with two fry baskets at the same time, for the same length of time, it would take using one single air fryer to truly be a dual air fryer. Buy two air fryers for the high cost and, truly, air fry two things at once.

Love the operation of the air fryer but after just 3 weeks of use the finish is wearing off the handles. I called ninja and they want me to send it back, well that's tough when I don't have the box anymore and what am I supposed to use in the meantime after I send it back?? I asked about sending me one first and I will put the old one in the box and send it back but they said no…. I think I will return to the store and consider a different brand that could possibly have better customer service. Oh and in case someone asks…only hand washed and never in a dishwasher. See the photo.

I am absolutely in love with my new Ninja Foodi DZ401! The DualZone technology is a total game-changer, allowing me to cook two different dishes at the same time and having them finish at the exact same moment. The 10-qt capacity is perfect for family meals, and the 6-in-1 functionality makes it incredibly versatile. Every meal comes out perfectly crispy and delicious, plus the clean-up is super easy thanks to the non-stick baskets. It has truly saved me so much time in the kitchen!"

My wife and I bought our forever home in a rural area (horse and cattle country), as we are a distance away from restaurants, it is not often we can get fresh and hot fries, we are now able to make fresh french fries and hot chicken wings. The product has performed above out expectations, looking forward to trying new recipes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the most handy appliances I have owned. I loved my original ninja air fryer - so what could be better than double the air fryer? I love that you can cook two things at the same time with different temperatures and they both end up nice and crispy. The baskets look a bit smaller but only because they are a different shape - they seemed to hold about the same amount but most of the size is in its height. The air fryer looks very nice and sleek as well. Looks good and works well - would recommend - especially for larger families!
