Love it!! Works great if you’re cooking 2 different items with different temperatures. Like some other reviews, I too wish the bins were a little bigger. That’s why I gave it 4 stars.

This is a wonderful air fryer. Having the two baskets is such a time saver. The color is a nice change.

I had a previous Ninja model that lasted me four years; I loved it because it cooked everything evenly. I bought this one today, but I didn't like it—it's slow to cook things, leaving the inside raw while the outside burns, and the two trays are very small. It's a very nice-looking model, but I wasn't happy with its cooking performance.

I love the style and the color of it matches well with my kitchen. This is my second ninja before this one I had the one you flipped and saves space. I bought this one because I want more room to fry things in. I think the other one works better. I was expecting this one to have better crispies on the chicken or pizza or whatever I put in but in order to achieve that I need to overcook the chicken or burn the pizza. This one takes longer to look and doesn't heat up as high as the other one air fry goes up to 400 most do 450 for better crispiness .

Like it a lot. Has many extra settings to cook with. the match cooking set is great. took a bit of learning from my original Ninja but worth it. I like the off white finish. brightens up your counter top vs the old solid gray one that darkened the counter space. Got at a great price too!

I have used it three times already and it works well. Even cooking and it makes things crisp. And I like the size of each side. It is easy to use. Also love that each side can end cooking at the same time so everything is ready at the same time.

Everybody loves this, except me. I don't understand why food items are worse than the oven. I pre-heat, turn basket halfway during cooking time, fill baskets halfway of what they are supposed to handle. It leaves fries half burnt and half uncooked (Sam's waffles fries) and vegetables following recommendations to the letter. Obviously, food items have to go back because it's raw. It's simply terrible. So disappointed by this Ninja product. Hopefully,, it can be reimbursed as it's not a safe food option and may cause food poisoning.

I just got mine today. I am very happy it came! Alas, I have to wait to enjoy it. I go in for colonoscopy tomorrow, so NO FOOD TODAY. I have played with it and it works great. It is a DZ401 duel zone. I love the smart setting. It’s so simple to use.
