So far it has been the best sleep in my life. We got these in October due to not sleeping well in our almost 5 yr other well known brand mattress. We decided to upgrade with a split platform as well so each one will set up their side of the bed as wanting. So far, I love it and its worth every penny. I just wish its easier to find "king split" bed sets of high quality more often.

I first want to say I labored over reading so many reviews until I became confused. So initially we bought a pro adapt medium hybrid California king. It was nice but too soft mostly for me. We did try the Luxe Adapt Firm at first but was reluctant because of the firm language. I always thought we needed a medium to soft mattress. All I can say the Luxe Adapt Firm is more like a medium firm. Initially it will be like a board but we walked and kneaded that sucker to perfection for just about 3 weeks. I will tell you it is soft initially and then supports perfectly. Absolutely the best mattress we have ever slept on. We have never had a mattress where you actually want to lay down on it and get excited doing so. Amazing product! Pillows on the other hand were hard to find. It took almost two months for me buying and returning pillows until I found one pillow that worked with another type of cover for it with a cool side to it. So technically it's a creation of mine so I won't give the brand. If you are looking for some softness, support, and relaxing sleep I cannot tell you how happy we are. Can't believe we had waited this long for perfection. By the way I am 6 foot 2 and weigh about 226. Wife is much smaller but both of us are so comfortable. My husband and I both had such backaches waking up from our old mattress that we could barely walk when we got out of bed. Since getting the Tempurpedic mattress, neither of us suffer from backaches any longer. We sleep more soundly and wake more rested too.

Our last tempurpedic was a truly luxurious mattress. It finally had to be replaced so I chose the top of the line. Its very small, hardly meets the edges of my base. My sheets no longer fit, so i bought new sheets that were advertised to fit, they are also loose. Its still a tempurpedic, and allows us to sleep, but not the same and there is nothing else.

This is my first time owning a Tempur-Pedic mattress and the hype is all real. My husband who has back problems, feels instant relief, and I've noticed we sleep much deeper with this mattress. We have the firm mattress and it gives us perfect support. We look forward to sleeping in this bed every night!

We have the split king adjustable. This is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. I could go on and on, but just remember that you spend a lot of hours on your mattress. A really good mattress is worth the investment. I wish I had figured this out sooner.

This mattress was very painful for me. I had the mattress for 10 weeks and each week my hips, back and neck got more and more painful. I would wake up sore every morning. I did everything suggested to try and break in the mattress. This mattress is firm, even though it says a medium firmness. I even bought 2 expensive tempur-pedic pillows thinking that might be the answer but that only made things worse. The pillows are so heavy and hot, even though they claim to be the best cooling. The mattress also was hot. I am now doing physical therapy to try and undo my spinal injuries from the mattress and ended up exchanging it for another brand.

We previously had the Rhapsody mattress and after 11 years it was time for an upgrade. That mattress was wonderful but very susceptible to temperature changes. It was like a brick in the winter until it your body temperature Heated it up and Slept warm in the summer. This mattress does not do that and seems to not trap as much heat. This mattress has been great for us. The top layer feels like you're sinking down on a cloud but then there's a very firm layer that provides exceptional support. My husband is a back sleeper and I'm a side sleeper and this mattress works well for both of us.

This is the most comfortable mattress we have ever bought and we have tried a lot of mattresses.the mattress conforms to the body and it is like sleeping on a nice firm cloud. My sleep patterns are better because of better rest I get from a well-made mattress. I highly recommend this mattress.
