VERY firm mattress, which was a definite adjustment from our pillowtop; however, it's well worth it! We both sleep a lot better and wake up with no more back pain, or joint pain. I highly recommend this if you're experiencing any sort of back issues or neck pain.

I have slept on Tempur Memory Foam beds for about 15 years now. I need a soft bed, but recently my spouse has had more back pain leading to her wanting more support. I really liked the cloud-soft mattress, but it was not supportive enough for her, We almost went with the hybrid model, but then we were suggested to try the LuxeAdapt. I knew I would like it, but my spouse thought it would not be supportive enough. She laid down and instantly changed her tune on the supportiveness. Is this mattress expensive? Yes, but we are getting some of the best sleep we have ever had. I do not even want to get out of bed to work out in the AM and I am a dedicated gm rat!

As we have aged, we started needing a little softness to the top layer but didn't want to give up on the firm mattress. The LuxeAdapt Firm turned out to be Perfect the First Night! We could feel the mattress top layer subtly adapt to our bodies BUT the firm support underneath made for a great sleep and abolished morning aches and pains. Happy for sure!!!

Plenty of extra room with a king...especially when the kiddos sneak in during the night. It's like a long distance relationship with my husband when sleeping :).

I was originally going to get the Luxe Adapt Soft, but I switched to the Luxe Adapt Firm on the advice of the sleep experts online. And I am glad I did. The soft felt crazy comfy in the store, but the firm is plenty soft and I think the soft would have been too soft for me. This offers comfort for pressure points, but is still supportive. If you love the feel of memory foam, I think you will enjoy this bed. Before this, I tried another online mattress, and while the quality was good, the "relaxed" firm was a bit like sleeping on a brick for me. I was waking up aching and stiff and waking up all night in pain and struggling to change positions. The tempurpedic is far more comfortable and really conforms to your body, alleviating pressure points and allowing for a sounder sleep. I don't find it difficult to turn over or move on the bed (as some dislike about memory foam), but it has that nice "hugged" feeling of memory foam that I love. Edge support is not great, but you can put your socks on. There is virtually no movement when you move around, so if you're sleeping with a partner, you won't disturb them if you get up during the night. Sleeps a little hot, but not terrible. Overall I'm really enjoying it. Just wish they were a little more affordable. Now if I could just find the right pillow :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 6'3", 185 lbs, and a stomach sleeper. Still a little too soft for my liking as it leaves me wanting more lumbar support with stomach sleeping. However, im using this as an opportunity to learn how to sleep on my back, which this mattress is perfect for. The mattress itself feels and behaves like a quality product.
