I haa add be been wanting to own a Temper Pedic forever, always compromising and regretting the compromises after months and years of other beds. For the first time I can say, this is the best bed I've ever had or slept in. I can sleep on my side now without any shoulder problems. Although this bed classified as soft, it is not soft. On my side I sink down to the correct spot and sleep well. My Chiropractor will not appreciate this purchase since my back issues have now been resolved. I did not like the off gassing or the smell for almost two weeks. Has this off gassing been studied? I sure hope it's not a carcinogen. 4 Stars for the best bed ever! -1 Star for the off-gassing! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried to buy the softest (meaning plush) bed Tempur-Pedic offered and *think* we got it, but it is still surprisingly firm upon initial touch. It is still a comfortable bed, i just wish it had that encapsulating feeling when you first hit it. Maybe i need a topper for it? Good solid quality - its just so hard to buy stuff online sight unseen (or unfelt! lol).

I was originally going to get the Luxe Adapt Soft, but I switched to the Luxe Adapt Firm on the advice of the sleep experts online. And I am glad I did. The soft felt crazy comfy in the store, but the firm is plenty soft and I think the soft would have been too soft for me. This offers comfort for pressure points, but is still supportive. If you love the feel of memory foam, I think you will enjoy this bed. Before this, I tried another online mattress, and while the quality was good, the "relaxed" firm was a bit like sleeping on a brick for me. I was waking up aching and stiff and waking up all night in pain and struggling to change positions. The tempurpedic is far more comfortable and really conforms to your body, alleviating pressure points and allowing for a sounder sleep. I don't find it difficult to turn over or move on the bed (as some dislike about memory foam), but it has that nice "hugged" feeling of memory foam that I love. Edge support is not great, but you can put your socks on. There is virtually no movement when you move around, so if you're sleeping with a partner, you won't disturb them if you get up during the night. Sleeps a little hot, but not terrible. Overall I'm really enjoying it. Just wish they were a little more affordable. Now if I could just find the right pillow :)

I am pregnant and due on the 21st with my second baby; I really struggled with falling and staying asleep until I ordered this bed. 10/10 recommend, my only regret is not ordering it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible! I wouldn't give it even 1 star! Took a month to get our bed; then wrong foundation was given; then can't be returned! Also, bed took a month to get delivered & received a stained defective CA King Split bed! It's been over 10 days & no status on bed replacement! Also, reaching customer service is like like pulling teeth! You wait on the phone for 30-45 min; they either hang up or gets disconnected. I have reached customer service only after relentlessly calling & then most times they can't help or they refer you to a manager; then to be disconnected! No white glove delivery; spent over $8k for a bed & foundation & just a horrible experience! And they over charged us twice! We are still trying to get our bill corrected & the bed replaced!

We received delivery yesterday and how we slept says it all. It was fantastic! With my injuries from the service, I wish it would be available in Extra Firm, but the Firm has made a significant difference in comfort and quality of sleep. It is a bit higher than we expected but we have portable steps to assist us with getting up on the mattress. Overall, this was an excellent choice!
