[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this mattress. I recently moved to a new apartment, so what better way to start that chapter than with a new mattress! I received the LuxeAdapt Soft and was very impressed with how comfortable it is. I definitely sink into the mattress, which I love and my sleep has been great. I received this product in exchange for my review.

I bought this mattress thinking it would last longer, since it was about 4k. It's about a year old and there's already such a dip in the hip area that I cannot get or stay comfortable. I work for a company that sells tempur-pedic Mattress, and yet I paid full price and the mattress is failing within a year. I'll be paying this if for years to come and I Absolutely hate it! It's overly hot, it's support system is so soft in the hip area I can literally feel it's collapsed under the comfort layers, but it's not showing a visible sag, so I guess I'm just out of luck. Never again. And I won't be recommending Tempur-Pedic to any of my customers moving forward.

Bought the top of the line Adapt mattress and it has literally destroyed my back. I am now sleeping on my downstairs sofa (and getting a pain free night's sleep) since the horrible customer service has refused to fix the problem. Don't waste your money!

We went to the store to "look around" and we met the sales representative who was so friendly and informative about the various products. He made it easy to determine exactly what we were looking for and once we layed down on the bed and operated the adjustable base, we knew we had to get it. It is sooo comfortable and it helps my wifes back issues when she adjusts her side to a comfortable position. We have both enjoyed toe most comfortable nights sleep since we got the TempurPedic bed. It is top quality and affordable.

We have been using TempurPedic Beds for about ten years now. And between our 2nd one and this one we tried a different brand that was top rated for people with bad backs and returned it with one week and bought this one. It is more expensive but I am telling you tempurpedic is worth every penny. The only reason we upgraded from the 2nd bed was we tired of the split King but we still have all 3 temperpedic beds because yes they last that long! But this one is our favorite, I have had two back surgeries and have bad hips and this is the most comfortable bed I have slept on. We will never try another brand again we are TempurPedic lovers for life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 7 year old high end hybrid mattress from Simmons. With our TEMPUR LuxeAdapt Firm I can sleep the night and wake up with no back pain. I weigh 220+ and sleep both on my back and on my side and my spine stays supported very comfortably. Even though this mattress is called firm it is plenty soft plus it truly adapts to both my and my 130 lb wife's body exceptionally well.

Very disappointed! Feels like a soft mattress instead of a firm! I have back issues and thought for sure this was the answer, but it made me feel worse. Was told this would be the better one. Not so for me. Should have gone with my gut...ProAdapt firm

Obviously, the bed is not going to start off as soft as it is in the store. However, we were assured it would only take around 30 days before we would feel a noticable difference, and faster if we walked on the mattress to break it in. Well, I've put in what feels like miles on this mattress and we're closing in on 30 days, and this mattress is still hard as a rock. If we don't feel improvement soon, it's going back.

I was looking for a good firm mattress to help with lower back pain. I went to my local reatleir in hopes of finding that perfect match, The salesperson at the store sold me on the Luxe Frim as the top of the line. Now the fun begins!!! I have not sleep since owning the Luxe I am waking up with not only back pain now I now have Neck, Sholder and leg pain as well. This mattress does not live up to the expations that I was sold that night. I'm working on getting this "Great Mattress" picked up but having trouble with the store but that's a whole nother review. I'm sure temper has a awesome line of mattress but I'm honestly disappointed with the Luxe Firm. I will close with this, if you are thinking about a good mattress for you back you may want to stay away for this model you may want to stick to a good old fashion pillow top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Tempur-Pedic, but the only reason I am not still sleeping on my first is because it is in my RV and this way I never have to suffer no matter where I am sleeping! The first one is 9 years old and it still feels like brand new!!! 9 years ago, I decided to try Tempur-Pedic because I injured my back several times over my very active life and I would wake up every morning in great pain; additionally, spring mattresses I had bought always ended up with hills and valleys. After 1 week of sleeping on my 1st Tempur-Pedic, I was waking up with NO back pain and that has remained the case over the years. My new Tempur-Pedic is amazing, even better than the 1st, which means Tempur-Pedic must be always working to improve their product. I bought the ergo extended base, which allows me many sleeping and relaxing options and I am always comfortable in my downtime. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for improving my life with your amazing products!!
