nothing much to thw salad. Too much to just get lettuce and little cheese

Taste amazing

Purchased this salad 4/30 in the evening and 5/1 for lunch this salad does not look as fresh as I though. There was a lot of lettuce turning color already and getting soggy and I don't quite understand why the dry ingredients (croutons) were packaged and not the wet ingredient (lemon)???

My salad i bought was brown we had to pick out most of it to try to eat it and i couldn't go back and return it since i was on my lunch break.. it was such a waste especially since it looked so good.. very disappointed
