Lettuce was welted; cheese was scarce. Consumed same day I purchased and wasn't very fresh.

I used to pick this up for $3. Sam's was one of the last places where you could find a salad at a reasonable price. Now it's $5 for the same thing. Not worth it unless you're giving me a chicken breast with it!

My salad i bought was brown we had to pick out most of it to try to eat it and i couldn't go back and return it since i was on my lunch break.. it was such a waste especially since it looked so good.. very disappointed
