[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Kraft Jalapeño Mac & Cheese. I followed the package instructions and it does have a bold spicy jalapeño kick. Now that i’ve had it alone, I think it would be delicious to add cheddar, jalapeño sausages, sautéed onions, and some sliced jalapeños in the mix. I’m typically a traditional mac & cheese gal, but I like to mix things up a bit, and this jalapeño gives a nice twist. Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!

However, the flavor is too strong of a jalapeño flavor that I didn’t quite enjoy and neither did my toddler. The cooking instructions were easy to follow. I was able to make the entire thing in under four minutes.

The added Jalapeno powder gave just enough heat and spice to kick this up a notch and give a bolder flavor to the product. It was quite delicious and I was very excited to try this. Well, not only did I not need to add my normal hot sauce, but Kraft did it one better and made this a taste sensation in addition to the kick the jalapeño brings to the table! It tastes almost cheesier than normal, and the leftover Mac would be sensational in a fried macaroni and cheese situation. Great job Kraft- don’t stop making this!

I was assuming that the jalapeno flavor wouldn't be very strong but as someone who only likes mild spice, I felt the spice level took over the macaroni.

Instructions are fool-proof. I definitely tasted the jalapeño but I guess am not a huge fan of cheddar and jalapeño together.

The cooking instructions are not quite right, I always have to cook it for longer, it just makes the texture a little bit better in my opinion. But it’s a nice size For a heavy snack, it does the trick
