I found that this Jalepeno Mack & Cheese is entirely too hot for my taste. It was very cheesy but had the typical powdered yellow gloopiness to the texture. I don't like how the color of the cheese powder is so neon yellow, which indicates loads of preservatives are in it. My kids couldn't even handle the heat, so we gave it to dad, who loves spicy foods, and he liked it. Jalapeno is felt very well, but in moderation. The taste is good, creamy and cheesy. I do not regret that I bought it, but it is expensive for such a weight of pasta. Although, considering that it was enough for dinner for me and my husband, then it is quite economical and budget-friendly, I will most likely buy it again, and I hope to I try it with a different taste.
